Summary
AU: Erik Lehnsherr is known to be one of earth’s most powerful mutants. He has more than one reason to despise humans and the way they treat his kind, but he believes in what his husband, world-famous genetic expert and (secretly) most powerful telepath Charles Xavier, taught him about coexistence and the importance of peace between species. That is how Erik and Charles decided to create a new society in the utopian city of Genosha, where mutants and humans can live peacefully together, without having to fear each other. Their dream comes true and all goes well, but Erik has dark demons deep within his souls and eventually they come back to haunt him from his past, to a point where Charles does not know if he really knows him. When everything seems to fall to pieces, however, a man named Logan makes his entrance in Charles’ – and Erik’s, eventually – life.
tl;dr: Erik and Charles are the world’s most famous mutant happy couple, but then Logan happens and things get complicated.
