“I want to kiss you, Sayo.”
Yukina’s sudden request caused Sayo’s face to immediately turn red. She panicked, stumbled back, tripped and fell onto Yukina’s bed.
“W…W…Why!?” she managed to stutter.
“I am curious what it feels like. And seeing as you are my girlfriend, I figured it would only be appropriate to kiss you instead of anybody else.”
“Indeed, kissing anybody else would’ve been highly inappropriate!” Sayo nearly screamed those words, fuming at the suggestion. It didn’t leave her any less embarrassed at the thought of Yukina’s soft, pink lips k…k…kissing her though. Kyaaaah!! She was about to die from overheating! But she forced herself to tough it out. “V…V…Very well, M…M…Minato…san. Let’s k…k…kiss!”
There. She said it. She stood up, squeezed her eyes, and waited for her execution. It never came. She squinted open an eye to see what the wait was about, only to see Yukina flipping the pages on what looked like a homemade manual.

“Who is a professor now!?” Sayo snapped, pointing at their bandmate’s name on the cover.
“Lisa has had a lot of experience with Hazawa-san. She is more qualified to teach this course than either of us inexperienced students.”
Yukina’s calm reply felt like an arrow right through Sayo’s chest. Her ego’s damage is 100%. Hikawa Sayo has been defeated.
Kissing is a display of love for your partner. The essence is to press your lips against your partner, hold their flesh between your lips, and can be paired with gentle tugging, sucking, and even light biting. For beginners, especially the awkward, self-conscious, unnecessarily conservative types, kissing lips-to-lips can be a challenging first experience. Thus, I would suggest first practising a kiss on your partner’s hand. The hand is an organ used to the sense of touch, thus the kiss would feel less intense. It is the perfect way to start this tutorial! A confirmation of your devotion to your beloved!
“I am not ‘awkward, self-conscious, and unnecessarily conservative’!” Sayo complained after Yukina read the first page of the “kissing manual”. Yukina paid her no heed.
“Sayo, your hand.”
“Ugh…fine!”
Sayo held out her right hand reluctantly. She turned her head to the side, looking away with a mad blush on her face. Then…
Chomp!
“What are you doing, Minato-san!?” Sayo jerked her hand back in pain. Yukina left a ring of teeth marks at the base of her thumb.
“Lisa says to put your flesh between my lips, tug, suck, and bite on it.”
“Lightly, Minato-san! Lightly!”
Sayo hoped her injury wouldn’t interfere with her guitar practice, uwuuu…
Next, it was Sayo’s turn. She got down on one knee, lifted Yukina’s hand in her own, and pressed a chaste kiss on the back of Yukina’s fingers.
Chop!
“And what was that for, Minato-san!?” – Yukina had karate-chopped Sayo’s shoulder. It hurt!
“I do not have a sword for the knighting ceremony, so I used my hand instead.”
“THIS IS NOT A KNIGHTING CEREMONY!!”
Placing your kiss on your partner’s other limbs is also a great experience to start. It ups the intimacy a notch, as the feet are what supports your partner’s weight, and having them in your grasp is a sign of trust.
Yukina prostrated herself before Sayo, lips slamming into her feet.
“Minato-san, do you have some sort of fascination for feudal practices?”
And when it was Sayo’s turn, she got Yukina to sit on the bed while she lifted Yukina’s foot, pushing up the leg of her pants to expose more flesh. Just as she was about to press a kiss, Yukina sighed.
“This is comfortable,” she said, wiggling her toes. “How much is it for 30 minutes of foot massage?”
“I’m not a massage therapist!”
Next, we move to the head area. Starting with the back of your partner’s neck, you can place an intimate kiss without yet having to come face-to-face. This will help you work out your shyness!
Yukina buried her face in Sayo’s hair. She might’ve kissed her neck? Sayo couldn’t tell.
When Sayo parted Yukina’s hair on her turn, Yukina collapsed on the ground, giggling.
“MI-NA-TO-SA-N!!!”
“I apologize…Sayo…it…it tickles! Hahahaha!”
Now, we will come face-to-face with our partner. The forehead is a good place to start, as it is less sensitive, and you won’t come in direct eye contact.
“Come here, Sayo.” Yukina said from atop her chair.
“You can just tell me to bend down, you know?”
And on Sayo’s turn…
Yukina kept bending down whenever Sayo’s hands so much as rested on her shoulders.
“Minato-san, you’re not that tall…”
Another place in the head area that you can place a chaste kiss on without coming into direct eye contact would be the ears. You can even give a gentle puff of air for additional teasing effect!
Yukina searched the top of Sayo’s head, ruffling her neat curls of turquoise hair. Sayo stared down at Yukina, unimpressed.
“Where are you looking, Minato-san? I’m not some kind of wolf god, you know?”
“You aren’t?”
Sayo just knew Yukina was a chuuni!
When it came Sayo’s turn, Yukina covered her ears and glared.
“They are off-limits.”
“Then why did you bother with this piece of instruction!?”
Next, direct your kiss to your partner’s nose. This is the closest you’ll get to the lips! The nose is also very sensitive. Kisses to the nose are tender and sweet, one of my favorite positions!
Sayo could not afford to have her nose chomped off. It’d hurt a lot, and she did not want to explain to others why she would have it bandaged (plus, Yukina would shamelessly rat her out with zero remorse and self-awareness). She seated Yukina and held her securely.
“Let me demonstrate first this time.”
Sayo moved her lips closer to Yukina’s nose. Yukina was staring at her, not even blinking – she was basically scrutinizing Sayo’s action like an instructor preparing to give out a letter grade for her performance. There was not a bit of bashfulness on Yukina’s face. In contrast, Sayo’s heart pounded so hard that she couldn’t take it anymore! She had to close her eyes before dipping down for the final contact.
Wait…why was Yukina’s nose so soft? And wet?
Sayo opened her eyes to see Yukina kissing her in full, sandwiching her lips with her own. She pulled, she sucked, and she nibbled, sending jolts of this overwhelming foreign sensation through Sayo’s body.
Her central nervous system finally realized what was happening. It broke down. Sayo bounced back, her feet wobbly, and she once again collapsed onto Yukina’s bed like a short-circuited android.
“I didn’t want to bother with Lisa’s instructions anymore,” Yukina said with a nonchalant shrug.
Sayo covered her face. She was burning. “This…This isn’t fair!”
Yukina didn’t seem to notice Sayo’s struggles. She surveyed Sayo’s submissive position on her bed, deep in contemplation.
“Sayo’s invitation is tempting, but I think it might be best for us to advance our mutual understanding first before we go further than kissing. Plus, I am having my period now.”
“WHAT ARE YOU TRYING TO IMPLY, MINATO-SAN!?!?!?”
