Summary
Stuck between a rock and a hard place, Zhongli, the omega prince of Liyue, deemed unfit to rule because of his dynamic, is tasked with finding a suitable mate to rule. Out of all his suitors, only two stand out amongst the crowd, Azhdaha, who he's known since childhood, and Childe from Snezhnaya, who's come into his life like a whirlwind.
Childe, son of one of the noble families from Snezhnaya has no dreams of taking a mate in the foreseeable future. Until one day, his family sends him to bid for the omega prince’s hand and Childe finds himself falling in love at first sight when he lays eyes on Zhongli. Now, he finds himself preparing to fight for the omega’s hand. Fighting was his first love, after all, it only seems fighting that this is the way to his soulmate.
Azhdada only wishes for one thing, for Zhongli, someone he holds close to his heart to have everything he desires in a world not worthy of him.
