   Summary

   America obtained Philippines accidentally. It wasn't part of his plan to colonize the country. Yet here he was with a stubborn colony on hand. What the politicians back home thinks had nothing to do with him, all he wanted was to help but why was the guy being so antagonistic? (Story might not be historical accurate but a few research had been made before writing.)
