    This is an AU where Henry is an omega and his family tries to hide it. Alex is an alpha brimming with confidence and is confused why he can't scent Henry, and it frustrates him to no end. They end up forced together after the cake incident and the rest follows suit.

     

    Alex and he meet much the same way and the story follows the book without adhering strictly to it. There will be smut in coming chapters, for now, the rating is for mild language use. I will update the rating and the tags when the smut is coming.
