Chapter Text

“Wake up, Ymir”

Ymir’s eyes shot open, she grunted from hitting her head but soon recovered.

Who was that?! Was it a ghost? No. No way. But what was that voice? I think I just imagined it, it’s fine’

She looked down at herself and saw that she was only in a sports bra and boxers, ’h-huh?! What the fuck?! Why have I got no clothes on!?’ She thought it was surprising and confusing.

She slowly sat up surprised by her surroundings, it looked like she had been sleeping in a bed but with a bright blue liquid that had drained through something.

It was dark but there was a few blue patterns that illuminated the room by not that far but able enough for someone to see in the dark.

Ymir stood up and got out of the bed looking stone that had illuminated blue patterns on it.

This place was incredible she could admit, when she turned her head to face a wall that had a closed stone gate and a small stone, blue illuminated pedestal  that had a small device resting in a slot just for it to fit.

“Hm?” The sound came out of her mouth, she walked over to the sculpture with the device in.

“Ymir, this is a sheikah slate, take it. it will guide you along you’re journey and will help you along the way”

Ymir’s large, tanned hand went its way to the device that had a glowing centre, she closed her fingers around the wood patterned handle and picked it up from the slot.

She turned it around, it showed a eye the pupil was a bright blue and was glowing, it was beautiful.

She hasn’t seen this thing before yet there was something familiar about it that she just couldn’t put her finger on.

She didn’t think of it and just hoisted it on her boxers that had a small holster for that device.

She sighed and jogged to the gate that had opened without a noise or her even noticing it.

She jogged inside it and there was some broken barrels with some not broken but old and easy to break, large wooden boxes that were heavy but somebody could push it if they were quite strong, and there was 2 chests that were old like they had sat there for thousands of years like the large boxes and barrels.

She walked over to one of the chests and unhatched the old hatch that wasn’t locked to reveal some pants that was a bit too small but they would fit, and in the other chest was a shirt that was thin it looked like it was made a long time ago as well as the trousers the sleeves are a bit on the short side as well as the trousers but at least they fit.

She put the trousers and shirt on, they were surprisingly comfortable she could admit, she noticed the same kind of pedestal but it was illuminated orange with the same blue glowing eye.

She could admit all of this was a bit scary but she had other things to worry about.

She made her way over to the pedestal, the same angelic voice echoed in her head, “put the sheikah slate over the pedestal, it will show you that way.”

Ymir did as he voice told her and did just that, a stone gate like earlier opening upwards, showing a bright light shining through, once it was full opened Ymir squinted it her eyes and put her arm on her forehead to give her some shade so she could have her eyes adjust to the lighting more.

It was beautiful, bright green beautiful grass, the clear blue sky and the big ball of heat resting in the sky to give heat.

Ymir found herself smiling at the scenery, once her eyes fully adjusted she put her arms down to her side to enjoy the scene more.
