At some point, he was bound to reach the world border. And as if that thought triggered some sort of divine intervention Tommy was abruptly thrown into the border. But- instead of the usual flat wall-like surface that would throw Tommy back without any sort of leeway, it stretched around his skin.
Somewhere miles and miles back in the direction Tommy had gone, a boy, not much older, fell to his knees in dreaded shock. Not far from him vulture-like eyes stalked its prey. The creature that had long since lost his humanity to madness licked his lips in animalistic anticipation. Dream had stopped fuming about his toy being gone when he realized how much this… opportunity could do for him.
