“ oh! Hello!” A young Barbara Gordon saw a kid on the roof where her dad told her not to go, “ hi.” he said quietly, she went to his side, and saw his nails, “ I love your nails.”
“ even if I was a boy?”
“ what about you being a boy? I love them.”

“- you were the only one except my parents who didn't find me putting on nail polish was weird... You grew to be my best childhood friend, my best teenhood friend, and I know you will be my forever best friend.” the groom took a breath, “ you were there for me... When my dad died... And I was there when yours died, I am happy that we have your mom here, alongside my Grandma, on our special day. Barbara, you are my sun... You always make me happy... I promise to protect you, and our kids, feed you and put a roof over your head, treat you like my queen... I can tell you that we will dance like teens, chat like children, fight like we are a very old couple.” everyone laughed.

Few nights before the wedding:-
“ Hey Babs, think you can paint my toes?“ Dick asked her as he went to their bedroom, “ uh... Sure, what color?”
“ hmm, I want blue, red, black, Purple and... Baby Pink.” Dick sat down on the ground, “ wow... Lots of... Color.” Babs said as she took out the bottles, from her drawer, “ yeah... Blue is for me, black for dad, red is mom, purple is, well, you... And pink to match your nails.” he grinned.
“ Aww, that’s so sweet, Baby.” she smiled, “ thanks! It comes with the package.” Dick gave her a dazzling smile, “ oh my God.” Ban laughed as she took his feet in her lap.

“ I was running away from the party when I saw you... And I loved you from the first moment we met... My childhood became one of my favorite times in my life... You became my only friend for years. Until when you introduce me to your little club-” the people from the Justice League and the teams laughed, “ - and one of them became one of my dearest friends, who she is my maid of Honor.” band looked at her best friend Artemis who smiled, “ I promise I will be there for you, care for our children, be there when you come home... And if we fought I will try to fix it with you... Because, you are my love, my rain, my yang.” she smiled at him, as he wiped his tears.
“ do you, Richard Lloyd- Wayne take, Barbara Gordon as your wife?”
“ I do.” he nodded.
“ do you, Barbara Gordon, take Richard Lloyd- Wayne to be your husband?”
“ I do.” she beamed.
“ you may kiss the bride!!”
The man resided her and they both kissed, they parted and cheered with everyone. Babs’s mom clapped for them, next to her where her husband, Jim, along with her good friends, Mary and her husband Bruce would’ve sat if they were still around.
Martha, Bruce’s mom, ( who was on the other side) came with the idea to have a flower bouquet on each chair to include them in her grandson’s special day.
( the couple cried and thanked them, having her dad, and his parents on their special day were something they both wanted!)
Speaking of the newly married couple, they are about to start a very new chapter in life, hopefully, will be a very happy one.
Just like their childhood was.
