It was today the wedding and Nico was a nervous wreck. “What if he doesn’t show up? What if he says no? What if--” Nico was cut off by Jason.
“Nico, chill. He will show up and I’m sure he will say yes. That boy is so in love with you. I have seen the way you two look at each other when you think no one’s watching.” They heard a call, “We’re ready for you.”
“You got this, okay? Now go get married,” Jason finishes “Okay, thank you,” Nico said as he walked out of the dressing room.
“You ready for this?” Hades asked. Nico nodded and faced the aisle. When he saw Will at the end of the aisle all other worries and thoughts disappeared. All he could think about was how ready he was to marry this man. “Hey sunshine, how are you feeling?” Will asked as Nico got up on the platform.
“Nervous but super excited about this finally happening.” They had been trying to do this for three years but something always came up until now. As they listened to Hazel’s speech, their hands found each other and Will's thumb grazed Nico’s as if to calm his remaining nerves. Soon they heard Hazel's voice say “You may now say your vows.”
Will turned to Nico and began to speak,” Neeks, I love you so much and yes, I know it’s slightly cheesy to start with that, but whatever.” He let out a nervous laugh. “Anyways, despite the danger we face on a daily basis, I promise to try my best to keep you safe. I can’t wait to start a new chapter in our lives together.” Nico squeezed Will’s hand, before beginning the vows it had taken him ages to memorize.
“Sunshine, you are absolutely the best thing that has ever happened to me. I have loved you since the moment I saw you in the infirmary and I have loved you ever since.I promise no matter what to love you forever. You will always be my sunshine.
Hazel pronounced them married, “By the power vested in me by the Goddess Hera, I now pronounce you married.”
As they're lips connected in a passionate kiss they heard a few people wolf whistling. They knew that those people were absolutely Apollo,Percy,and Jason but they shrugged it off and when the kids ended they stared at each other lovingly before Leo shouted,"Enough with the mushy stuff let's get this party started!"
