   Summary

   When Sam had first found out about Bucky’s whereabouts in 2014, Sam immediately checked to see its credibility. Three months after the Triskelion fight, Sam went to Romania without letting Steve know at first, because if he was wrong he didn’t want to inconvenience Steve. Especially with cold leads, since Steve was busy being an Avenger. That was Steve’s world, and Sam’s major assignment was finding Bucky.
