Summary
Jan and Jackie Cox die in an unfortunate accident, leaving their two daughters in the hands of their godmothers — Jackie’s best friend Denali Foxx, who is ready to step into the role at a moment’s notice, and Jan’s irresponsible older sister Rosé, a wanna-be rockstar who begrudgingly returns home from the road to take care of her nieces. Denali and Rosé don’t get along, but to maintain normalcy for the girls, they agree to move into the family home together. While dealing with the trauma of lost loved-ones and learning to be good co-parents, perhaps Denali and Rosé can find enough common ground to fall in love.
