    “That’s much better, thank you,” he said. His voice was a deep, soothing rumble. She caught her breath at the electric sensation of his touch on her skin. It wasn’t particularly scandalous, but it made her flush all the way to the core of her spine. She sighed happily and curled her arm around his waist. “Are you sure? If you get too cold, we might have to do skin to skin contact. I can’t have you getting hypothermia or anything.”
    He laughed, and bent his head lower, brushing his lips against hers. “Can’t have that. I don’t think Shinra would hire you again if you let one of their soldiers freeze to death.”
    “Oh no, my commission,” she purred in protest.
