“I don’t think I’m following,” Loki states, looking around the room trying to understand how they could describe the mission as so bad but also a complete success. This Midgardians sure didn’t know what it meant to be successful.
“It was after the mission that was bad,” Peter told him a sad smile filling up his face.
“It’s just really hard on the two of them,” that was all that was said, no one elaborating any further. Loki didn’t see you or Barnes for the rest of the night, and he tried to ignore whatever that nagging feeling in his heart was.
Loki has been infatuated with you since a small encounter in the compounds study, but after a mission sets you back 10 paces he wonders if you could ever be with him or if you'll be attached to Barnes for the rest of your life.
