Summary:

Firebending is intrinsic to the royal family’s bloodline and authority, but Prince Zuko has a secret - he can’t firebend, a fact that disgusts his father, the brother of the Fire Lord. But when Zuko learns of a long-lost gate to the spirit world located deep in the South Pole, he joins forces with an adventurous pair of siblings as they evade the fearsome Commander Zhao and traverse the icy tundra’s brutal conditions. Their aim? To rediscover the gate before it's too late, and the South Pole is shut off from the spirit world for good.
