   Summary

   Dr. Alina Starkov has wanted to be a surgeon for as long as she could remember. First, she wanted to be a trauma surgeon. But after some gentle persuasion (well-placed hits) from Baghra, Alina decides to instead follow her dreams of being a pediatric surgeon. With a new start away from her past, Alina works on finishing her residency and making a name for herself... all the while fighting the undeniable connection she feels for her Chief of Surgery. As Alina fights her growing feelings for Dr. Morozova and his temptations towards trauma surgery, Alina must make difficult decisions regarding her past, present... and her future.
