   Summary

   by no means could haruchiyo replace draken; he’d come to terms with that long ago. in places where draken could easily calm mikey, haruchiyo knew he’d only trigger more havoc in the other man’s mind. in places where draken could sit still and wait, haruchiyo would feel that itch to misbehave.

   but if he couldn’t be mikey’s right-hand, he’d be someone else’s; though, it was highly likely that that ‘someone’ would be assigned to him by mikey, regardless. he’d even be on his best behavior for them, serve them as best he could, because somewhere in their chain of command, he was helping mikey.

   he wouldn’t want to cause any more trouble for mikey because he was a good boy.
