Work Text:
Kyoya was found with the bracelet.
No one knew what it was but everyone knew they weren't allowed to touch it.
What were they supposed to do with him?
Who would want a baby with this kind of aura?
They'd probably end up raising him until he could enter society on his own.
"We'll adopt this child."
Kyoya didn't care.
It was his nap time.
He's unable to walk but he recognizes who's who.
Mother. Father. Sister.
They're capable in their own right but his parents need protecting.
His sister seems to have goals in her life that will make her strong so he doesn't care about what she does as long as there is discipline.
Kyoya does not care about a quirk.
If you are weak with a strong quirk you are weak.
If you are strong with a weak quirk you are weak.
The order must be kept and the fools who think they are stronger than they are must be put in their place.
The kindergarten class is under his control and the teacher who couldn't keep the peace is educated.
This town is busier than Namimori but the rules are still applicable.
Kyoya is annoyed that he'll have to rebuild everything after establishing himself so well before.
He'd start with the gade above him and make sure his sister keeps her territory in order.
The festival makes his hands itch.
He wants to tear those highschoolers down.
Kyoya wants enter the arena but he'd already been detained by heroes for wondering alone.
He'd face off against the winner anytime, anyplace.
Things get infinitely boring once the excitement had died down and he would have preferred his sister patrolled but she is honest with her promises.
She will be in the pageant and earn her victory.
His sister has the same charms I-pin does and there weren't many who could beat her.
The festival is dying down and Kyoya has no reason to stay so he leaves.
He came on his own, he'll leave on his own.
His sister has no need for his goodbyes and he is hungry.
The city is still disorganized but Kyoya has a network established so he won't have to be irritated too long.
There's a man with a pompadour that nods his head in greeting as they pass each other.
Too lax but acceptable.
Kyoya goes into a restaurant once he spots a place with a palatable meal and sits.
"Are you lost, kid?"
Kyoya ignores the man at the counter.
"Sushi."
The man looks uncomfortable.
"Our chef stepped out a bit. How about a set?"
Kyoya is annoyed but accepts the hamburger set.
He's given his food and the older man steps to the side to make a call.
A lost kid report.
Kyoya ignored everything around him until something familiar worms it's way into his ear.
"Hibari-san?"
Kyoya looks up and quickly gets annoyed.
"Yamamoto Takeshi."
He looks different.
His hair is brown and his cheeks are pink but overall, the same.
The conversation is interrupting his meal and he ignores most of what is said to him.
His responses are short and Kyoya wants to leave.
Uraraka Takeshi is lucky the sushi served is as delicious as his father's had been.
Kyoya looks at the folder given to him by the teacher.
She's nervous around him but she has kept the peace so he turns his attention to the information.
There's photos and a single page attached.
"Todoroki Tsunayoshi."
He looks at the residency photographed.
"I will bite you to death."
