Takes place a few months after the last episode. Everyone is in a “it’s all been pretty chill but still as chaotic as the show usually is” state in the beginning.
Ages (because Gotham was too weak to do it for us)(some of these were math and some of these were me just picking whatever felt right):

Batman is in slowly getting more public favor from the public. He’s not out of the “getting shot from the police after saving them” zone but some people do like him.
Barbara Lee(Babs) helps around the police station with tech and mysteries and is smarter than like 80% of the GCPD.
In season 4, Zsasz brought Martin to Blüdhaven, a fairly nice but still forever-autumn place still in New Jersey.
Zsasz also was the one who gave Oswald his dog as a “forgive me” gift. They’re on good terms now and work with each other from time to time but it’s not an exclusive partnership.
During the conversation on the rooftop in 05x12, Selina actually turned around and Bruce didn’t “disappear” and they actually had a conversation. They aren’t on the best of terms but they can talk to each other without fighting.
Ed and Lee never dated and were just very close friends but everyone saying that Lee was still using him was still very much there.
After rejoining with Oswald, Ed and Riddler were able to join back together. They’re both equally there, but they do still go by Ed.
The Iceberg Lounge is up and running again. He paid the people who owned the property while he was in Blackgate to give it to him. The purple umbrella aesthetic is still going strong but the security is amped up a lot. Also penguins. There are a lot of penguins.
Other than that, it’s pretty canon-compliant. Have fun!
