Kara goes to Catco to catch up with William. It's been three weeks since Kara was sent to the phantom zone. She walked in and made her way over to the conference room. She peeked inside and saw William talking to another female coworker. Kara didn't think much of it until he kissed her on the lips.
The woman looked at Kara. Kara rushed to the elevator to leave until she bumps into Lena almost knocking her down. Luckily she caught her in a dip pose. Kara leans them up and help Lena get steady on her feet.
"Sorry, I didn't mean to bump into you. I wasn't looking." Kara apologize as quickly as she could.
"No don't worry about it. I wasn't looking either but I am lucky I caught you. I was coming here to ask you if you wanted to have lunch together." Lena said curiously. Kara smiled until she remembered what happened a few minutes.
Lena sensed the change of Kara mood.
" Hey, are you alright?" Lena asked hoping Kara would talk to her about it.
" I just saw William kiss another woman and we were starting to get close or at least I thought we was. I don't know what I saw in him. I was gone three weeks and he has moved on." Kara said between the lines of anger and confusion.
Lena slide her hand along Kara's arm." Awl, I am sorry. If I were him, I would keep you all to myself and give you all my attention and unlimited amount of potstickers." Lena said with a chuckle in hopes of cheering Kara up. Kara laughed at Lena statement.
" How about we give it a shot. Like me and you dating but we don't have to. I was just suggested because you know me almost better than anyone. You also said you would give me all your attention. It's okay if you don't feel same.Oh Rao, I have made this wei-"Kara rambled until she was caught off by Lena lips touching hers.
Lena broke the kiss and spoke" I would love to give this a shot"Kara smiled at lena response to her rambling.
Then someone cleared their throat and They heads snapped to the right to see William and the woman standing there looking about them.
"Kara, did I just see you kiss Lena Luthor?" William said with a bit of worry in his voice.
" Well she kiss me but I kissed back. Will you excuse us we have a lunch date to get to. I will see you later." Kara said grabbing Lena's hand making their way to the elevator.
William wasn't happy about the fact that Kara kissed Lena Luthor but totally forgot about the fact that he kissed another woman.
*lunch at L-Corp"
"So I guess we should talk about it?" Kara asked walking into Lena's office.
"Talk about what?" Lena asked confused. Lena knew what she wanted and that was Kara. She didn't care how but she knew she wanted her.
"Us or whatever we have. Does this mean we're dating?" Kara asked. Kara of course wanted to date Lena but she wasn't sure what Lena wanted.
"What do you want us to be?" Lena asked sitting down on the couch. Kara comes and sit next to her. Lena reaches for Kara hand and holds it.
"I want to be your girlfriend."Kara admits. Lena gives her hand a little squeeze.
"Then I guess it's a official." Lena said while leaning in. Kara returned the kiss quickly. After a few seconds the kiss got heated. They eventually broke apart to get air. They talked and laughed until lunch was over.
*Later at Catco*
Kara steps out the elevator making her way to her desk when she gets stopped by William.
" Why are you dating Lena Luthor?" William said with disgust in his voice.
" I don't know maybe because I have feelings for her. She has been my best friend for four years. It was bound to happen eventually." Kara said with sass as she sat down at her desk.
"I don't trust her Kara. She is gonna break your heart. Luthors are not meant to be romantic partners." William spat at Kara.
Which just made her angrier." YOU KNOW WHAT WILLIAM I DONT CARE BECAUSE YOU ARE ONLY DOING THIS BECAUSE SHE HAS SOMETHING YOU WANT AND THATS ME BUT LET ME TELL YOU THIS!!! WHAT ME AND LENA HAVE IS FOREVER SO YOU CAN GET OVER YOUR LITTLE CRUSH ON ME AND GO BACK TO YOUR GIRLFRIEND!!!!" Kara finally snapped at William catching everyone attention.
William looked offended and angry . He stormed off and Kara straighten herself up and continued working. Andrea slowly made her way over to Kara desk once she calmed down.
" So you and Lena are dating now?" She asked and Kara nodded in response.
" Damn it, I owe Nia 20 dollars not that's a problem for me. I just hate losing bets" Andrea said walking away.
Kara laughed at the fact that people have been betting on her and Lena's relationship.
*Later at game night at kara's apartment*
"Kara, is William not coming?" Alex asked and Lena noticed Kara tensed when Alex asked about William. Lena walked up behind Kara and hugged her. Which surprised Alex because nobody but Andrea and William knew they were dating.
" No he is not and nor will he ever come here again until he apologize!" Said angrily walking over to the living room. Kara sat on the floor back leaned against the chair. Lena sat beside her and snuggle into her. Everyone looked so confused until Alex realized what was happening .
" Is there something you two want to tell us?" Alex pressed. They looked at each other and Lena nodded.
" We are dating!!" Kara squealed out to their friends. Everyone expect Alex and Nia groaned.
" HAHAHA YALL ALL OWE US 20 DOLLARS"Alex said laughing loudly.
"Did y'all all bet on our relationship?" Kara asked curiously and their friends nodded. Kara and Lena laughed at their friends pouts.
Kara and Lena went back to the kitchen to get more snacks.Kara looked into Lena's eyes and she got lost in them. Lena leant in for a kiss and before they knew it. The kiss was getting heated. Kara hands made their way to Lena hips and Lena's made their way under kara shirt.
It wasn't until Alex shouted" GET A ROOM JEEZ!!"Kara and Lena broke apart and laughed at Alex. They walked back and sat down. Kara and lena won most of the games but that was expected. Of course, Lena won monopoly all four times they played with her so they play one round without her. Kara won with the help of Lena. Alex said it doesn't count because Lena helped her but they saw it as a win.
Everyone left and it just left Kara and Lena.
" Today was the one the best days of my life. I had lots of fun at game and I got the most beautiful girlfriend. What else could i want?" Kara said smiling very widely.
"Same for me. I have everything I want." Lena said cuddling into Kara. They eventually fell asleep remembering the wonderful day they had.
