it's a rewrite of the scene in 4x10 where Dean and Anna talk and then fuck, except this time they're both explicitly trans (yes, the only difference is that they SAY they're trans)
NOTE: this is smut with a transmasculine and transfeminine person, both of whom have not had bottom surgery. Dean has had top, so there's no mention of his chest, but I do refer to both person's genitals.
