Chapter Text
Iwaizumi was making his way back home after a long day of learning, chatting, and volleyball practice. He was about to leave through the school gate when he started hearing water hitting the ground. He looked up at the sky a bit and saw that rain had started to come down so suddenly, along with gray clouds covering the sky.

It's raining? It was perfectly fine this morning and they never mentioned anything about rain! Iwaizumi continued walking home hoping that he can get home before the rain gets worse. But just his luck, he was about a quarter way home when the rain started to come down even more. He started fastening his walking pace a bit. Next thing you know, he was practically jogging home.
He started to slow down after a while, searching for a dry place to stay until the rain has passed. He couldn't find one with the rain coming down more, practically shortening his line of vision. At this point, he was standing out in the open looking for a place to stay with his feet practically glued to the ground. He thought he had lost all hope when suddenly...he heard rain tapping against an umbrella, he also noticed how he wasn't getting wet anymore.
"You shouldn't stay out in the rain Iwa-chan, you can catch a cold," said a very familiar voice. Iwaizumi turned around to see the person of the very familiar voice. To his surprise, it was none other than his amazing boyfriend, Tooru Oikawa. Oikawa was looking at Iwaizumi with a worried look.
"What were you doing out here all by yourself in the rain anyways?" Iwaizumi hesitated a bit to answer that sudden question. "I was looking for a place to wait out the rain, but couldn't find one."
"How about you stay over at my house for a bit?" Iwaizumi glanced up to Oikawa so that their eyes can meet. "My house isn't too far from where we are right now, plus, you can sleepover if you would like with the extra clothes you leave at my house. Or you can always just wear my clothes." Iwaizumi took a second to think of a proper answer for the statement. "I would like that," he replied with a small smile on his face. In the end of the day, Iwazumi ends up sleeping over at Oikawa's house with a night full of cuddles and kisses.
