He had scales on his skin and slitted pupils, fangs and a forked tongue. The only ones who knew of it were the Dursleys, and that's how Harry intended to keep it. That is, until he met Neville Longbottom on the Hogwarts Express and a Basilisk deep in the bowels of Hogwarts.
