Karl Jacobs.. Your best friend. You met him years ago while playing Minecraft with your friend sapnap. You and Karl just clicked since then and you're meeting him for the first time today.
Excitement jolts through your bones as you hear the announcement that you're landing soon. And you turn to sapnap.
“Nick, we land in 10 minutes. I think i'm going to throw up i'm so nervous” your voice cracks as you play with the bottom of your hoodie. You came with nick. Karl invited Nick and said you could come too because he really wanted to meet us. You and Nick live in Florida. You see each other almost everyday. He lives with Dream and you live like 10 minutes away from them.
“You're overreacting it's gonna be fine try not to drool over him okay?” he giggled, he always jokes about how ‘you have a crush on him’ but little does nick knows you do. But you haven't told him that. You haven't told anyone.
“I don't have a crush on him, shut up” your cold fingertips left your hoodie and slapped nicks arm. Turning to look out the airplane window so he doesn't see that your face is red.
“Yeah okay sure, well he is gonna be picking us up when we land” sapnap said looking at his phone as the pilot makes an announcement saying you're about to land.
“You know this is the first time I've ever been on a plane, I always drove everywhere.” you say kinda nervous about landing
“You're gonna be okay just think about i dunno flowers, whatever you usually think about” he says giggling. How does that help when most of the time you think about karl. That just makes you way more nervous. Your thoughts got cut off when you felt the plane land and you held onto Nick's arm while squeezing your eyes shut. He giggles and says “we have landed you can open your eyes now” your cold hands release from the boy's arm and you open your eyes seeing everyone getting up to get their bags. But Nick didn't move.
“Are we getting up?” you're confused, grabbing the stuff below my seat which is just a bookbag and my laptop. “No, just wait a minute, so some of these people can get out” he says and you nod, putting your laptop in your bag. sapnap stands up and lets you out and as soon as he does that you reach for your suitcase. “Here let me grab it” he says grabbing your suitcase and then his.
“Thank you snapchat” you say giggling and walking behind him so he can lead the way because you have no idea where you're going.
“Okay we have everything right” he asks stopping before exiting “yes” you quickly say so you can leave.
You walk out to the luggage area since you and nick didn't have but two bags you didn't need to go there. You see Nick on his phone probably texting Karl to tell him you guys landed.
“I'm so nervous” you say, holding your luggage looking at Nick as he stands in front of you blocking most of your sight. He giggles and says “he is here. We just gotta look for him” he held his phone out reading a text. “I see him,” Nick says pointing behind me. You turned around to see him. He is wearing an oversized hoodie and ripped black jeans. His hair is poofy and he has his phone in his hands. He looks up and we make eye contact. He starts running towards us with a big smile on his face. You can hear him giggling, that makes you laugh a little bit.
“KARLLL” you hear sapnap yell behind you seeing him walk past you leaving his luggage night next to you and you hold onto the handle of his with one hand and yours with the other and walk over to them. When you get over there they break from the hug that they were in. Karl smiles at you, opening his arms. You let go of the handles and went up on your tippy toes to put your arms around his neck. His hands went around your waist and you blushed a little bit but it went away quickly.
“Mr jacobs himself” i say into his neck in a playful but serious tone while still on my tippy toes hugging him. “Mis Y/l/n herself” he says in the same tone mocking you. You let go and fell back onto your heels grabbing your luggage seeing Nick already had his.
“Can we leave now” Nick says whining “we were on a plane for 2 hours” he says voice cracking. “Let's go, we can play mario kart when we get home, i'm so excited” Karl says jumping up and down giggling with the biggest smile on his face.
We start to walk but Karl grabs my suitcase and pulls it. “Karl I could do it, I'm not a baby” you say whining jokingly. “No a lady should be treated with respect and nick wasn't doing that so i will do it myself” he says glaring at sanpap trying not to laugh at his ‘serious’ tone.
“She is grown. I'm not gonna carry her like she is a princess' 'Nick says lightly pushing Karl as we walk out to the parking lot towards karls car. When we reached the tall man's car he unlocked it and popped open the trunk and put my suitcase in there then he put sapnaps in there as well. “Do you want your backpack back here?” he questions, pointing at the bag on your back. “Sure thank you” you smile, taking off your bookbag and handing it to him. He takes it and puts it in the back walking around the car following me already knowing I have to get in the back because Nick is in the front. Before Karl got to the driver's seat he opened my door for me.
“You are such a gentleman thank you kind sir” you say in a horrible british accent laughing a little bit. Face going red from embarrassment. “Of course m’lady” he says in the same but better accent. You get in the car and Karl closes it. You reach for your seatbelt and put it on as Karl gets in and does the same before starting the car and heading on the way to his house.
“Simp” Nick says mumbling before laughing really loud because Karl gasped looking at Nick for a split second before looking back at the road.
Mr. Loverman was playing on the radio as all of you were practically screaming the lyrics. After a while of screaming songs and making jokes Karl pulled into a driveway assuming it was his house.
“Home sweet home” he says, turning off the vehicle and unbucking. You and Nick unbuckled and the boys got out. You looked around for your phone remembering you dropped it. Your door swings open and you look back to see who opened it and of course it was karl. You found your phone and hopped out seeing Nick already had his bags.
You went to grab your bags but Karl beat you and put your backpack on his back and pulled your suitcase out. He shut the trunk and walked towards the door.
“Oh my jeez you are a simp” you say laughing walking up behind him and eventually getting to the side of him nick on the other side. “Okay now I'm gonna let that one slide,” Karl said in a deep voice trying to sound manly.
We got to the door and he got his keys out of his pocket to unlock the door. And when he did, Nick screeched with excitement.
“We are at THE karl jacobs house right now i'm fangirling” sapnap says. Karl laughed and walked inside turning the light on as we all went into me being last so I closed the door behind me.
“So who wants a tour?” karl says putting your stuff on the couch
