Dean likes being a Knight of Hell.
He reclines in his chair, tossing his knife up and down. In front of him, a minor demon whose name Dean can’t remember sweats. It is hot in the room; Dean makes sure he keeps it at a blistering three hundred and fifty degrees fahrenheit. It’s enough to bake flesh, if he wants. The demon shifts, his red eyes darting from side to side. Dean catches the knife and examines it. He runs a finger over the blade, looking over it at his captive audience.
He grins.
