   Summary

   Izuku and Setsuna are childhood friends and due to their draconic quirks they marked each other. they were waiting for the right time to tell each other but then the sludge villain attacked, que ten months of training from all might for both Setsuna and Izuku. Setsuna takes the quirk because she only has a minor dragon quirk. They both get into UA and meet Mina Aishido and both mark her and she marks them which surprises all off them because they all thought there was only one mark per draconic/lizard-like quirk. thus chaos inducing quirk shenanigans and romance ensue.
