"You are my sunshine, my only sunshine," Ink sobs as he held Error in his arms.
"You make me happy," he sniffled, "when skies are grey."
Error caressed Ink's cheek bone and relaxed his warm embrace.
"You'll never know dear..."
"Ink," whispered Error, but Ink ignored him.
"How much I love you,"
"I love you." Error looked up at Ink with heavy eye sockets and smiled. Ink gave a weak smile back as more tears fell.
"So please don't take," his voice broke, "my sunshine away."
Error closed his eye sockets and remembered all the good times they had together as his breathing slowed its pace.
"You told me once dear," Ink, paused to kiss Error's forhead and take his hand.
"You really loved me," he continued.
They laced fingers. Error was visibly trying so hard to stay awake...
"And no one else could come between."
Error knew he was fading from this reality.
"I'm sorry, Inky" he muttered under his breath.
Inks' voice started to fade, Error felt as if he couldn't move, and the pain hurt so bad.
"B-but now you've l-left m-me," Ink began to stutter, "and love a-another."
Another second passed, and Error no longer felt pain.
"Please...forgive me."
"You have shattered all of my dreams."
Ink sat there, now alone, crying into his lover's jacket.
"E-Error," he sobbed into the jacket as Error's dust spread across the floor, "please don't g-go... Come back!"
But nobody came.
