‘I can’t believe you told you my mum we would wear these… we look like right idiots!’ Ben cried as they walked hand in hand across the square towards the Albert.

‘We don’t look like idiots anyway believe me these are 100 times better then the one I had to wear last time’ Callum told him thinking back to the last time he was at pride

‘oh yeah I remember… but least your bum looked good!’ Ben told him giving him a wink

Callum looked down at Ben raising his eyebrow

‘I’m not going to even deny I wasn’t looking and you know damn well I was… god I wanted you so bad that day’ Ben admitted. He wanted to say more tell him how proud he was of him but knew with everything that has been going on a trip down memory lane was not what his husband needed.

Instead the younger man stopped in his tracks he let go of Callum’s hands before stepping toward him and standing on his top toes. He placed his hand on Callum’s jaw so he could kiss him sweetly

Pulling away just as quickly as the kiss started Ben took hold of Callum’s hand again and they continued walking.

‘Well least this one is black and it makes me look slim’ Ben told him as they walked

‘Can you please stop with all of the weight comments! don’t think I haven’t noticed the amount of time you’ve put your self down’ Callum asked stopping in their tracks again and turning to look at him

‘What it’s true!’

‘It isn’t! You haven’t put on any more weight and you are not fat!’ Callum told him honestly

‘Well it’s only you that thinks that then… everybody else agrees with me!’ Ben told his husband

‘who agrees with you? Callum asked confused

‘Erm… your nan, fitzy’

Callum sighed
‘My nan throws comments like that out to everyone! and most of the time it isn’t even true!…When did Fitzy tell you your fat? He asked

‘Well he didn’t not directly… just, remember that day I meet you in the Albert and he was there? He asked if I wanted a skinny cappuccino…’ Ben told him quietly

‘And?… ‘

‘Skinny Callum! Skinny!’ Ben burst out loudly… looking around to make sure no one was paying attention to what they where doing

‘Baby… he wasn’t making a joke about you being fat he was making a joke about you being gay’ Callum told him like it was the obvious thing in the world

‘Well that’s not much better!’

‘No your right it isn’t but he wasn’t joking about you being fat… it was more of a inside joke but I see know it wasn’t right ‘

‘Are you sure I haven’t put in too much weight? I can go to the gym? Or hire a personal trainer, I’m sure Peter will give me a deal as we are family…, I just don’t want you to think I’m not attractive anymore? And regret marrying me’ Ben asked quickly

‘Darling, I’m never going to regret marrying you you are the love of my life and I don’t want to ever be with it you… you could be fat or thin or grow a third head but I will always love you And for the record I still find you very very attractive…’ Callum told him pulling the smaller man into his arms for a hug before tugging his husband into the Albert, his eyes glued onto Ben bum as he walked through the door.
