Summary
It’s a rainy morning in Santa Barbara when Shawn hears about the case at the zoo. With a polar bear as the lead suspect, there is no way Shawn can let it go without investigating.
Racing to the zoo and accessing the crime scene should be easy in theory. Shawn and Lassie have been dating so long that Shawn feels more at home in Lassie’s house than his own. Yet, things are never that straightforward when it comes to his relationship with the Head Detective, and the fact that Lassie is adamant that they keep this thing between them quiet only adds to the complexity.
Then there’s the added pressure of Lassie’s sister, Lauren, coming to film them working the case. Luckily Shawn knows Gus has his back, at least when he’s not flirting with Lauren.
There’s a plethora of suspects to investigate, confusing clues to unravel, and a lot of questions to be answered before anyone can wrap up this case. The only thing that might be harder is figuring out what comes next for Shawn and Lassie.
