Summary
Based on episodes 19 to the beginning of 27 of the television series.
Wei Wuxian had gone missing during the first month of the Sunshot Campaign. Lan Wangji eventually finds out and immediately searches for him. It isn't until after he teams up with Jiang Cheng two months later when they find him, along with Wen Chao and Wen Zhuliu.
Much to Lan Wangji's horror and dismay, however, he learns that Wei Wuxian now practices Demonic Cultivation. He warns him that it can affect his temperament, but Wei Wuxian insists that it has not, nor will he allow it to. Is what he said true, or will Lan Wangji soon have to face the fact that Wei Ying is no longer the same man he fell in love with?
