"If you hate me so much, then why don't you just leave?" Dean shouted as Sam glared at him. "As a matter of fact I will!" Sam shouted back. "I've had enough of you and your blind faith you have for dad!" He said as he packed his bags. "You've been on my case since we got here about me talking the TRUTH about dad to Matt, you've been so sheltered by dad it's crazy Dean, it's crazy how under his thumb you've been!!" Dean glared at Sam. "Seriously? Sam have you-" "No, I don't want to hear it Dean! I've had enough, I'm done, I'm leaving! I hate you, Dean, I've always hated you!!" Sam opened the door, turning to look at Dean for a split second, his hazel eyes filled with hatred. "Goodbye." He then turned and left the hotel room, slamming the door behind him.
After s01e08 Sam and Dean have a huge fight in which Sam leaves and goes back to Stanford. Dean gets annoyed and goes to the president with what he knows, making it public that monsters are real, surprisingly the president believed him and after training a special team, joined the FBI. Now years later, Dean and Sam run into each other in the town of Lebanon Kansas.
