Summary
It's a death that after eight long years brings them all back together.
It's been almost a decade since the self-proclaimed 'Bellgate Eight' have all seen one another. It just happens that the funeral of their shared past Literature teacher, Chan's life role model, is what brings them back together, for the better or the worse.
Alternatively; an exploration of justice and injustice, love and hate, fire and water, and perhaps most fittingly the novel they studied together in their senior year at the prestigious Bellgate Academy; crime and punishment.

WOW THIS STORY WAS. SO GOOD!!??
HONESTLY, I REALLY DON'T LIKE THRILLER/MODERN-MYSTERY TYPES STORIES BUT I THOUGHT THIS ONE SOUNDED COOL ENOUGH TO BOTHER
ALL THE CHARACTERS WERE REALLY INTERESTING AND FLAWED, AND THE END RESULT DUE TO ALL THEIR PERSONAL PROBLEMS WAS SO INTERESTING, IT FEELS KIND OF INTENTIONALLY UNSATISFYING, BECAUSE THEY'RE ALL LEFT IN ANOTHER PERDICAMENT.

YOU NEVER KNEW WHO WAS BEHIND IT, EVEN IF YOU FIGURED IT OUT BY THE REVEAL, AND THE CHOICE OF 'NOT MAKING A CHOICE' AT THE END REALLY SITS WITH YOU.
I HAD LOTS OF FUN TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHAT THIS EACH PERSON WENT THROUGH IN HIGHSCHOOL FOR THEM TO REACT THAT WAY TOWARDS THE TEACHER. CHAN BEING OBVIOUSLY EMOTIONALLY MANIPULATED TO THE POINT HE WAS s t i l l AFFECTED (In denial/jealous) UNTIL THE END, WHILE EVERYONE ELSE WAS MORE AWARE OF THE BAD THINGS THAT HAD BEEN DONE TO OR BY THEM FOR WHATEVER REASON.
MAN THAT TEACHER WAS AWFUL, KINDA HAPPY SHE DIED, KINDA ALSO NOT HAPPY THERE ISN'T A FULL 'ENDING' TO THIS CHAPTER OF THEIR LIVES, THEY'RE STILL GOING TO BE AFFECTED BY THE WORDS AND ACTIONS OF THE TEACHER, THE LADY AND THEIR PAST SELVES.Song I listened to:

(I think this is like my...base music taste, I don't know what genre it is, but as a standard music beginning, i think this is my type. Kinda modern(synth?) and haunting, but has acoustic influences, also can't forget the punk/rock lyrics and chorus that ties it al together) -
