Alex
Birthday: August 13th
Zodiac Sign: Leo
How he celebrates:
Evelyn totally makes him breakfast in bed, and it’s his favorite: the complete breakfast. After the delicious meal, Evelyn and George give him his birthday gifts (probably sports memoribilia), and if the weather is clear, Alex probably spends the rest of the day hanging out at the beach with Haley, who probably gifts him some new, high end running shoes.
At the end of the day he spends some time with Dusty and reminisces about his mom, and wonders if she’s proud of him.
Elliot
Birthday: October 5th
Zodiac Sign: Libra
How he celebrates:
Honestly, Elliot isn’t really the type of person to go all out on his birthday. He used to when he was younger, but as one of the older bachelors in town, he’s become a lot more reserved about this kind of thing. He treats the day the same as any other, perhaps spending more time on reflection than on writing, but in the evening he goes to Gus’ saloon and orders an expensive bottle of vintage wine, and shares it with Leah.
Harvey
Birthday: February 14th
Zodiac Sign: Aquarius
How he celebrates:
Harvey is the type of person who wishes he could have a huge birthday celebration with all of his friends... except he’s too shy to have a lot of friends, and definitely way too nervous to ask for a large celebration. Still, Maru surprises him with a gift that she makes herself, like a remote control airplane.
Sam
Birthday: July 17th
Zodiac Sign: Cancer
How he celebrates:
Jodi would definitely organize a large celebration for him, and even though he’d probably grumble a bit about how he’s “too old for birthday parties” he secretly loves it! All of his friends would be there, and of course the opportunity for cake makes Vincent ecstatic, and if Vincent is happy, Sam is happy.
Unless of course if Sam happens to have a shift at Joja on his birthday... then he’s in a bit of a mood for the entire week. And who can blame him? Joja sucks.
Sebastian
Birthday: January 10th
Zodiac Sign: Capricorn
How he celebrates:
Sebastian is the type of guy who pretends that he couldn’t care less about his birthday and insists that no one organizes any kind of celebration for it, but deep down he cares a lot. Sam and Abigail (and secretly Robin too) all know this, and so they skirt around this by giving him so-called “random” gifts before or after his birthday, but never on his actual birthday.
His actual birthday celebration is usually just playing an extra long campaign of The Solarian Chronicles.
Shane
Birthday: April 20th
Zodiac Sign: Taurus
How he celebrates:
Shane used to celebrate his birthday alone (well, as alone as a person can get while sequestered off in the corner of a random bar) and with way way too much beer, but that changes after he moves to the valley. While he still indulges in some beer, he also spends the night with Jas and Marnie, and the three of them eat way too much pizza and pepper poppers and stay up way too late (well, Jas dozes off pretty early) watching replays of Shane’s favorite sport matches.
