Chapter Text
Could it really be that easy? Was it possible that they finally found a possible solution to kill Malivour for good and stop the ridiculous monster hunt?
“Hope why do you always think that you have to keep sacrificing yourself?” Bonnie asked as she astroprojected, partially already knowing the answer.
“But it has to be me. I am the loop whole. Malivour won’t be defeated until I jump inside him again to stop him.” Hope expressed what she made herself believe.
“Honey we all know that this won’t last. You need to be a full tribrid for this to actually work. Full tribrid blood would even be enough to defeat the pile of mud.” Bonnie tried her best to make the others understand.
“But Hope isn’t a full tribrid yet.” Alaric jumped in, stating the obvious.
“Hope you don’t have to become a tribrid for this to be over. You’re not alone in this. We can find another way.” Josie tried to reassure Hope while her twin nodded in agreement.
The twins lost Hope to Malivour once, they can’t lose her again, especially not Josie.
“She’s right, there is another way.” Bonnie said getting everyone’s attention back.
“You are not a full tribrid yet but a different version of you is.” Bonnie continued before she got interrupted by Lizzie “But this could cause our main timeline to collapse, we cannot mess with the future!” Lizzie learned a lot from MGs comic books.
“That’s very true but travelling into an alternative universe doesn’t do any harm.” Bonnie explained.
The room was quiet. They knew Bonnie was right and that ultimately it was Hope decision to make.
“Think about it. This would give you more time and you wouldn’t have to become the full tribrid yet. If you decide to meet another version of yourself and ask her for her blood you will need the twins with you as your anchor. Lizzie you should perform the spell. Josie you should travel with Hope. She needs someone with her she trusts so she won’t get lost in the alternative universe and to perform the spell for the portal to send you back to your own universe. I will send it to you both and give you the instructions.” Bonnie explained.
Hope knew that the Bennett witch was right and deep down she didn’t want to become the full tribrid so soon. For once she was glad that the universe is giving her more time.
“Okay you’re right.” Hope said with a sigh of defeat.
“Josie, will you travel to an alternative universe with me?” Hope asked the brunette.
“I would go anywhere with you.” Josie answered with a reassuring smile.
