Ranboo really wanted physical touch with his boyfriend, he loved the idea of walking at night holding hands, cuddling while sleeping and hugging at any time of the day, it was no lie that he was willing to do a lot and more for Tubbo.
The only problem is that his boyfriend didn't really like any of these ideas at all.
When taking the love language test, Tubbo completely refused to accept that his one was physical touch. It was more than obvious that being attached to someone for so long made him really uncomfortable. He preferred to be in his own privacy and stay away from any kind of contact.
At first his reaction to Ranboo's hugs was something that Ranboo loved to see, it was hilarious how Tubbo fled from his attempts at hugs and cuddles in a funny and cute way, but it was a matter of time before that got pretty annoying for both of them.
Ranboo asked for nothing more than a bit of contact, a kiss on the cheek, one of his hands on top of the other, or something that could just show how much they loved each other with more than just words.
He would do anything to make Toby feel comfortable about it and he must take the first step to do it.
They were both watching a movie in Tubbo's bed sitting side by side slightly apart. Tubbo was so sleepy and it was obvious he was forcing himself to stay awake, Ranboo couldn't help but worry about it.
"Tubbo, honey, are you okay?" He asked in the sweetest voice possible petting Tubbo's head "You can rest if you want, we can watch the movie tomorrow, you need to take care of yourself first."
"Don't worry Boo, it's fine" He smiled warmly, his boyfriend was still worried about it "Really, Boo, I swear I'm fine, I don't want to ruin the movie for both of us just because I want to sleep, watching it together is a lovely experience and I'm not willing to miss it for anything. "
The taller one nodded still in concern, but all of his worries faded when he felt a small weight on his side.
His sleepy boyfriend's head rested placidly on his shoulder, Tubbo let out little sighs and snores and didn't seem to be waking up at any point. Ranboo quickly closed the laptop, decided to put his boyfriend to bed and layed down next to him for a bit.
He saw Tubbo's wall clock and realized that it was getting late and he should go to his own room soon, but when he got up he felt a hand grab his shirt.
"It's something wrong, Bo? Is there something I can help you with?"
"Please don't go" Still tired and with his eyes closed Tubbo begged Ranboo to stay "You can sleep here, I swear there's enough space for you..."
"Are you sure? I don't want to make you feel uncomfortable or something ..." Ranboo said scared, but he ended up surprised when the brunette wrapped his arms around his waist, pulling him even more towards the bed.
"Please"
Ranboo giggled warmly and decided to sleep next to Tubbo. He hugged Ranboo by the torso and the other one held him there with his arms, a nice and warm position for the couple.
They both quickly ended up falling asleep.

"What the fuck are you doing, Boo?"
Ranboo woke up a couple minutes ago. Looking at his boyfriend in his arms while waking up was one of the best views he ever had in his life. His boyfriend's fluffy hair managed to cover a small part of his eyes and the look of his soft lips made of the
sight something much better. He loved how the rays of the sun illuminated his hair and reflected in his green eyes, green eyes that looked at him with a scowl.
"Good morning too, Tubbo" Ranboo laughed softly, but his boyfriend was not very happy at all "Hey, I'm sorry, I know you don't like physical contact but you asked me to stay and..."
"If you know I don't like it you would have just left instead of listening to me" Tubbo interrupted in a low voice getting out of bed at the same time.
"Why are you so annoyed by that? It's not that bad when we are a couple, and..."
"It just makes me feel weird, alright?" Tubbo walked to the door and didn't look back "Anyways, I'm going to make breakfast, are you coming to help me?"
Ranboo nodded sadly and followed him into the kitchen.
Breakfast had undoubtedly been one of the most tense moments since he arrived in the UK, neither of them said a single word, Ranboo sometimes looked at Tubbo who just kept his eyes on his food at any moment.
Did he said something really bad? Was he really annoying for Tubbo?
After that, both of them went to do what they had to do without saying a word, Ranboo decided not to stream that day to have time to think an apology for Tubbo and find out what he was doing wrong.
He ended up being immersed in his thoughts while sitting on his bed and it was not until someone knocked on the door of his room when he came back to the present.
"You can come in" Ranboo was not surprised when he saw the brunette enter the door, but what was strange to him was that, as soon as he entered, the brunette approached quickly to the edge of the bed without saying a word.
No one said or did anything, everything was silent, Tubbo was trying to say something that couldn't come out of his mouth while Ranboo just looked at him intrigued. It wasn't until Tubbo opened his arms when he realized what he wanted.
"Oh, do you want a hug, honey?" After a few seconds the tallest smiled warmly when he saw Tubbo nod, the brunette sat on Ranboo's lap and the opposite received him with open arms, wrapping him in a strong hug.
Tubbo rested his head on Ranboo's chest and Ranboo brushed his hair with his fingers. However, Ranboo noticed a certain discomfort in his boyfriend's expression that left him with a bad taste in his mouth.
"Hey bee, can we talk?" The brunette shivered when he heard the tallest man's serious voice, he nodded and waited for an answer. "Hun, I'm really sorry, I know I've tried my best to have more physical contact with you even though you already told me that it makes you uncomfortable, if you really don't want me to, you can tell me and I'll stop. "
Tubbo looked at him worried and tried to say something but Ranboo continued.
"I mean, I'm really sorry if i'm annoying you that much" He said sadly, releasing Tubbo from the hug "The point is, I'm really sorry and i'll always be, the last I wanted to do was to bother you and I swear I won't do it again "
"Boo ..." A feeling of guilt filled Tubbo, he didn't realize how much his actions hurted his boyfriend "Boo, honey, I'm really sorry if I made you feel like you are annoying, please have in mind that you aren't and you'll never be, having you by my side doesn't bother me, in fact, I love spending every moment of my life with you and I don't really know what I'll be able to do without you and ... "
Tubbo quickly fell silent when Ranboo wrapped him in a hug much stronger than the previous one.
"I'm really sorry for saying that horrible things to you..."Tubbo hid his face in the chest of the tallest "It's just that you are my first partner, I had never had this type of contact before and it is something really unusual to me, but I swear that, even it looks like I hate it, I love it more than you can think. I adore every single time you touch my hair and when you are next to me when I wake up, even so, there is no excuse for treating you that way, I really love you, I am very sorry and I hope you can forgive me".
"Hey, don't worry, Bo" He gave him a little kiss on the forehead "The point is that everything is cleared up and you don't really have to apologize, you have every right to feel uncomfortable about it. Now, I just want you to know that you can always ask for hugs, kisses or cuddles whenever you want, you will never bother me and I will always be willing to do anything for you at any time of the day, never feel sorry to ask because I'll always be there for you."
Ranboo felt his boyfriend smile on his chest, they hugged each other for a long time until Tubbo jumped with a terrified expression.
"Fuck, I forgot I had to stream today!"
"It's okay Toby, good luck in your stream" Ranboo gave him a kiss on the cheek before letting him go.
"Hey ..." He stopped before leaving "Don't forget I love you, Boo."
Ranboo's eyes sparkled at that confession before giving the best smile he could ever have.
"I love you more, Bo."

Days had passed since their talk about physical contact, Ranboo noticed that Tubbo was becoming more confident about it in a non-direct way. He threw out signals such as opening his arms, touching his hand, or bringing his face too close to him, this meant that Ranboo had to hug him, grab his hand or give him kisses on the face.
Ranboo was streaming Minecraft as usual until he heard his door opening,as usual, it was his boyfriend, but it was weird since he never interrupted him in the middle of a stream. He quickly muted his microphone and turned to look at Tubbo in case something really bad was happening.
"Do you need something,Toby?" His worried tone made Tubbo react, he quickly walked towards Ranboo, wrapped his arms around his shoulders and then sat on his lap.
Ranboo didn't say anything about it and continued the stream, letting Tubbo do anything he wanted to.
"Sorry chat, it's just that Tubbo is kinda clingy today" He smiled when he heard the groan his boyfriend made while hiding his face in his neck.
It was only 2 hours when Ranboo decided to end the stream, his legs ached from how little he could move them, but he really didn't want to ruin the moment when Tubbo finally decided to take the first step.
"Honey, I finished the stream, you can get up now"
He only received soft snores in response.
He smirked and shook him softly, receiving groans from the brunette.
"Good morning, Toby" He woke him up by petting his hair and kissing him on the nose "Having you here makes me extremely happy, but my legs wouldn't say the same. If you want I can take you to bed to sleep, you need to rest, Bo. "
The brunette mumbled and Ranboo took that as a yes, he carried him to his bed and wrapped him in the sheets. He waited for a while for him to fall asleep and, when he got up to go to his own room, he felt a hand grab his shirt.
"Bo."
"Boo."
They looked into each other's eyes and let out a small laugh when both of them remembered a similar situation, Ranboo quickly leaned back next to him and hugged him with a lot of affection.
"I love you so much, Toby" He kissed Tubbo on the corner of his lips "Have sweet dreams, thanks for everything."
Hoping to find themselves hugging each other when they first woke up, they ended up falling asleep.
