Link, exhausted after avoiding Bokoblins, pondered to himself if he would be able to make it home, after being lost in his thoughts about things and tasks he had to do. After a couple mindless steps he took out his Sheikah slate to check the map.. Too far to make it home, he frowned and put the device back to where it belonged. Sighing he looked at the flowy grass by his feet then flowers and his eyes eventually looked at the far away castle, letting feelings soak in as he walked to a familiar place he would stay to camp out.
Of course the blonde thought he had enough wood to make a campfire for the night and to have dinner but he remembered he used it all the last time so with a huff, he headed out from the site to find some other trees that wasn't too close to where he was because he liked to rest upon them. It didn't take him long to get to the ones he thought was worthy of chopping
One hit
Two hits
And repeat
Link stopped chopping after being alerted of hearing a sound coming from a tree, it couldn't be a Korok the sound was different from what the little guys give off. After a moment of thinking it was someone snoring in the tree, puzzled why that person would sleep in the tree, maybe to avoid attacks from the monsters.
Link moved away from the tree to see the traveler and moved at an angle to see without the leaves obstructing the view. The mystery person in the trees certainly looked different from any other traveller or merchant he's had helped and talked to before, a male with blonde and spiky hair but also looked soft, dressed in a black turtleneck, pants that tucked into his shoes. As well a belt and harness along with a right shoulder pad.
Link thought maybe throwing a rock at the sleepy stranger would wake him, maybe a pebble would do. He picked one of the ground and threw it at the other lighter blonde. After the pebble hit the person in the tree, the sound of rustling and then a snap of a branch, the person fell to the ground somehow landing on his feet as if he wasn't just sleeping.
Link took out his sword in case he would need it for defend himself against the stranger. The other blonde did the same but as well as looking around “Where am i?”
Link put his sword back, seeing as he wasn’t much of a threat and later cleared his throat “Hyrule ?”
