Summary
How long has it been, Danny wondered, since he had given up his life as a human in favour of being the Ghost King? Has it only been weeks? Months? Years? Danny couldn’t keep track. Time, like most things, was warped in the Ghost Zone, and the watch he had brought with him had died what felt like ages ago.
Being King of the Ghosts wasn’t something he chose, but it was something he was good at. While there were plenty of downsides to the position Danny managed to learn how to handle them and thrive under his new responsibility. He could fix the damage Pariah Dark had done and unite the Ghost Zone to what it was supposed to be. It was a place for ghosts to live among others and thrive, to heal from their pasts and begin anew. To Danny it was a home he didn’t know he needed.
