Work Text:

To Minho, Jisung was a storm.

It was for the way he laughed, a sudden outburst akin to thunder. It amazed him how it shook him whole and reverberated in ripples, leaving an echo that never quite calmed into silence, until another one came and made the soft buzzing pale in comparison. It was how his eyes shone of an endless supply of energy, the way they crinkled like lightning when he smiled to him across the room, a flash of light that would imprint itself in his mind as if he had it tattooed on his eyelids and everytime he closed his eyes he could still see the trace it left behind, as if he had been staring at the sun for too long. Maybe he did and that was how he got burnt. He thought he was a probe, able to fly through space, ignoring all the other planets and stars shining in the distance to orbit in the celestial body’s shadow, but he was wrong. He was Icarus, he was only a boy with a few feathers hanging from his shoulders, foolish enough to think he could touch the sun.

Jisung was a storm in the way he came into his life, unexpectedly, unprompted, breaking through the gloomy grey he had gotten used to, only to shake him out of it.

Minho was known around Hogwarts for being quiet. He was a prefect in the House of Ravenclaw, he followed the rules enough that the teachers trusted him and he overlooked them enough so that his housemates could innocently get up to no good without repercussions. That way, he’d be still considered one of their own, even if he wasn’t their friend. He couldn’t help but feel astrayed from people his age, from everyone really. Minho was the straight A’s student that teachers would always point out as an example, he was the serious one, he was the boy who spent nights studying in the library. No one knew, though, that he often lost focus there, his gaze fixed on the window, staring at the vast meek English country, fantasizing about running through the dewy fields, wondering if that would give him the feeling of euphoria he so longed for.

Little did he know that what he was waiting for would cross his path in the form of a 5’5 exchange student from a country 6 time zones away from him.

Like all the other prefects, Minho was chosen to be part of the welcoming committee for the new arrival and to say goodbye to Felix, the friendly hufflepuff who was taking his place in the magic school hidden in the province of Kuala Lumpur.

Funnily enough, Jisung arrived on a sunny day.  He guessed that made sense too, because his smile had the power of infecting him with its warm joy just like a bright summer morning.

When they met, it was the first thing he noticed about him. His big heart-shaped grin that almost made him halt in his step.

Minho was standing with the other students just outside the walls of Hogwarts, that day. They were all talking between them while Minho was looking down at the ground, refraining himself from the conversation except from some occasional butt ins. A little pebble was just short of the heel of his shoe and he kicked it to the side, letting it roll where the ground slightly descended. He watched as it sped down the hill until it went out of his sight and he softly murmured his goodbye, as the possibilities of him seeing it again were slim to none. His attention was caught back by the crowd when the air crisped around them, tensing and distorting before two figures appeared a few meters from them, both holding onto a shoe with their hands.

The two really stood out, not only because they weren’t wearing any uniform, or the fact they were alone on an empty hill, but because they were genuinely rather bizarre looking.

The teacher, who must have been the chaperon, was the tallest woman he ever met and for a minute he wondered if perhaps she wasn’t remotely related to any giants. Her clothes were all made out of silk and they looked like they had been crafted by hand. She looked prideful, sure in each and every step, he almost cowered when she all but looked the group up and down, as if she was judging whether she could trust them with her protect or not.

The boy was dressed just as formally, but he didn’t have quite the grace of his professor, he looked almost uncomfortable in it, if he was being honest, as if he couldn’t wait to get out of them and into something that represented him more. He still looked good, though, his tan skin contrasted with the green of his clothes and it gave him a prince like semblance.

Only belatedly he noticed that one of his feet was dressed in just a sock. The boy was walking with what was apparently his shoe in one hand, following behind the teacher.

They bowed to the professors to welcome them and the woman greeted them in an impeccable English, though one could detect the slightest hint of an accent by the way her phrases tilted at the end.

While she was talking, the boy let his shoe fall to the floor and put it on in one swift movement. Minho only realized he had been staring at him when the boy looked up and met his eyes, a complicit smile adorning his features as he winked at him and signaled him to keep it for himself, resting his index finger on his lips.

He couldn’t help the grin slowly growing on his face as they kept looking into each other’s eyes.

They had just met and yet, Jisung felt like a new wave of excitement, a mystery he wanted to unravel until he found his deepest secret.

Minho was surprised when the boy immediately gravitated towards him, the odd one out in the crowd. There was something carefree in his step as he all but bounced to go his way, stopping in front of him with the biggest grin.

“Leng chai, will you show me around?”

And how could Minho say no when Jisung’s eyes were so hopeful and bright?

Minho might not have been as playful as him, but Jisung seemed satisfied when he nodded and started leading the way to the castle. Despite the fact they hadn’t known each other that long, Jisung was comfortable enough that he wasn’t afraid to make a fool of himself, breaking into a run, hollering as he sped through the grass, his eyes going everywhere, as if he wanted to take in every detail all at once. Minho was still walking a few meters behind him, like he was used to with everyone. No one ever noticed when he was left all too himself and he didn’t think a stranger would ever realize that. But Jisung wasn’t just any stranger, he noticed immediately that he wasn’t by his side anymore and he stopped and tuned around to get him.

“Don’t leave me all alone, come on!”

He said breathlessly, showing his big smile again as he tugged on the sleeve of his shirt to carry Minho with him. Minho felt like the wind got knocked out of his lungs as his feet naturally followed him, fell in his same pace, his cape flying in the wind as he got faster and faster, keeping Jisung’s side. And as he chuckled, laughter bubbled inside him too, the adrenaline high pumping in his veins.

Only mere minutes from their first meet, Minho already knew Jisung would change his life.

Jisung reminded him of rain. The butterflies of excitement you get when the air is damp, but crisp at the same time, the exciting wait before the first drop. It called back memories of his childhood, when he wasn’t so numb, when he wasn’t so hollow. He would play in the garden until the very last moment, ignoring his parents’ scream for him to come inside. He wouldn’t stop until they came out to drag him back in the house and even then he would plead for them to let him linger just a bit more, opening his mouth and sticking his tongue out so the rain could come in contact with his taste buds, metal and dirt, the taste of real freedom.

That was how Jisung tasted too. Minho got to know that from that time their lips brushed, albeit only for a fleeting moment. It was in the blueish hues that followed after dusk, when the sun lowered itself to the level of humans, leaving the sky to walk among the fallible beings, blessing them with its presence.

Minho had to patrol the corridors that night and Jisung had long made it a habit to tag along, theoretically because two pairs of eyes were better than one, but in actual fact knowing all too well that he only managed to distract him further from his duties. Alone in the big corridors of the castle, the night seemed to be theirs only, as they run up the moving stairs, laughing when they realized they were lost, or when Jisung would step in front of Minho’s wand, which he was using as a flashlight to light up the way, and make animal shaped shadows on the walls, the characters inside the animated pictures grumbling when they inadvertently hit them with the light.

Jisung made Minho feel so alive, like every moment counted and deserved to be remembered. He was glad it was still fresh in his memory the moment when they stopped, panting, and leaned their backs against the wall at the same time, still giggling as they slouched down on the ground. When he had reassessed enough to speak again, he turned to Jisung and he found him looking at him so intensely his heart skipped a bit.

“What?”

He had asked clueless as to the sudden change in his mood.

“You’re pretty”

Minho’s breath hitched. The butterflies in his belly returned more chaotic than ever, flapping their wings frantically as they shook his stomach. Maybe one had got stuck in his windpipe and that’s why it felt like the air was clogged in his throat. He could only blush faintly as Jisung’s eyes still hovered over his face, as if he was finally figuring out where to put the last pieces of a puzzle.

“I don’t think I’ll ever meet someone as pretty as you”

He whispered in the same hushed tone, as if it was a secret only between them.

Minho didn’t know what to answer so he only stared back, thinking that he felt the exact same way about him.

When his burning gaze got overwhelming, he looked down at the stones composing the floor and his hand spread on the cold ground. As he followed the lines they created, his eyes fell on Jisung’s hand only mere centimeters from his. It was so close and yet it felt like it would be the biggest jump to connect them. His heart started beating erratically in his chest as he inched it towards him, walking with his fingers as if they were a spider. He was so close, but he couldn’t do it, he couldn’t...

Warm slender fingers threaded between his, barely grazing his skin, filling the spaces between his spread ones.

Jisung met him halfway.

His heart didn’t stop his intense galloping in his chest, but now, it was a little less scary to close his hand around Jisung’s, squeezing it lightly, as if he was giving him a chance to pull away if he wanted to. Jisung, though, only held it tighter, not enough to hurt, but enough to reassure him, as if he was communicating a subtle “I’m here for you”.

How Minho wished he could read his mind to know if he was feeling a gram of what he felt.

When Minho gained the courage to look up again, he found that Jisung was still watching him, but he had gotten closer. He was breathing softly against his hair, making a rebellious strand lift and fly in the air. They were face to face, so close Minho could see clearly the texture of his skin, each one of his moles and the imperfections that made him unique, perfect in his eyes.

He gulped seeing that Jisung’s gaze inevitably fell on his lips and he closed his eyelids hopefully. Wishing ardently that Jisung could read him better than he understood himself.

He wasn’t disappointed when he felt plush lips press against his. It was a fleeting moment, so quick he thought he’d dream of it, but when he opened his eyes again and saw how flustered Jisung was, he realized that it wasn’t his imagination playing games on him. He passed his thumb over his chapped lips, still feeling the ghost of Jisung’s kiss there. He made a wish, that he would remember that featherlight pressure for a long time.

He felt Jisung shift around, but kept his eyes closed, savoring the taste he left on his lips, trying to imprint that in his memory too.

When he opened them, Jisung had gotten up and he was towering over him.

“It’s late, we should get back”

Minho furrowed his forehead, surprised by the fact that Jisung was suggesting that, as he had never heard him say such a thing before. With a deep breath he tried to get up from his place. His orbs widened as he felt his feet refusing to work and fell on his butt clumsily. Jisung snickered in front of him covering his mouth with a hand.

His laces were tied together.

Minho huffed in disdain and immediately started working on disentangling them as Jisung kept laughing.

“You- you’re an utter prick, you know that?”

Jisung held onto his belly, trying to stop his laughing fit to offer Minho a hand, that he looked at with skeptic eyes.

“You think I’m going to trust you now?”

Jisung rolled his eyes and gestured with his hand.

“As if you don’t already”

Minho bit his lip, Jisung was a bit too spot on for his liking.

“I’m trying to make it up to you, please, just take it”

Minho did, this time successfully raising to his feet intact and Jisung clapped when he let go of his hand.

“See? Im a man of my word”

“You’re a menace is what you are”

Minho remarked, grumbling.

“And that’s exactly why you like me so much, sayang”

Minho squeezed his eyes looking at him wearily.

“What does that mean?”

Jisung pursed his lips as if he were thinking and twirled on his heels.

“Uhmm, it means... the last one who gets to the stairs is a loser!”

He started running and Minho didn’t even have the strength to tell him it wasn’t allowed in the corridors. A small smile curled his lips as he broke into a run too, following in his step.

As everyone knows, though, storms are only ever in passing. They are temporary, after the chaos they cause, they will fade and leave suddenly, just like they came about.

Jisung reminded him of this one particular trait as well. After one amazing year there, he had to leave like all the other students for the summer, except for the fact, he wasn’t coming back for the next term.

Jisung was going back to his hometown, naturally, Minho tried to reason with himself. But he couldn’t wrap his mind around the fact that he, instead, was going to stay here, alone. He knew that already when Jisung arrived, but while they were together time flew by so fast, it was easy to forget there was even a future, with Jisung, he learnt to live in the moment, he learnt what it was like to finally have a companion, someone to share everything with.

All that, it was over now, with Jisung gone, the feelings were going too, it was all just going to fade into a dusty memory, like a rose under a closed case, it was inevitable that it would wither and dissolve into nothing.

Minho never knew his heart could be so full, that he could feel so much. But now the perspective of him leaving felt like the ground being swept under his feet. He wasn’t ready, he didn’t know if he would ever be and yet only a week was left before the end of the semester, before Hogwarts would close its doors on the only happiness he had ever found.

He had no clue what to do. He could only try to pull away to guard his sensitive heart, hiding in his room high on the Ravenclaw tower to avoid him. But even there, Jisung eventually found him.

After a day of skipping lessons, the transfer had mysteriously reached the dorm and peeked his head in after a short nock, that could hardly be defined as a warning. He was wearing his characteristic grin, that highlighted the mole placed on the corner of his lips and Minho was too enchanted by him to resist.

“Sayang, what are you doing here?”

Was the first thing he said, startling him. Minho groaned, hearing him whip out one of the countless nicknames he had for him and still refused to explain.

“Homework”

He cut shortly, refusing to look up from his books on the bed, even if he couldn’t keep himself from stealing a little glance.

“Nooo, get up! We have to go to the greenhouse, you promised to bring me before I go, remember?”

His tone was a little whiny and he blinked profusely, trying to appeal to Minho’s weaknesses to convince him. And it worked, because Minho got up sighing and slipped his shoes on quickly before reaching Jisung’s spot, still perched on the doorjamb.

“Ok, but this time we’re coming back for dinner, ok? No skipping or the other prefect will snitch on us”

Jisung rolled his eyes at his hypocrisy and giggled.

“Ok, ok, tauke”

Minho shook his head lightly as he started marching out of the dorms with a chuckling Jisung in tow.

“I see, you’re not in the mood for jokes today, are you?”

Minho just shrugged as they started walking down the stairs, surpassing a group of second years who were occupying the landing. Jisung was the one who struggled to keep up this time, as Minho stepped down the last step and his heels tapped on the floor.

“Mimiiii, talk to me, have I done something wrong?”

Minho sighed and halted, letting Jisung catch up to him.

“No, I’m just- stressed for finals”

Jisung tilted his head, scrunching his eyebrows together, inspecting him as if he had already caught his lie.

“You shouldn’t be, I know you studied hard”

Minho nodded, looking at the wall, refusing to meet his eyes.

“Yeah, but, it’s still, you know”

Jisung suddenly put two hands on his shoulder, shaking him lightly.

“That’s exactly why I’m here to distract you! See? My timing is perfect”

Minho grimaced at that.

Time was his enemy. It was going all too fast and he was going way too slow. Jisung would be teleporting back to Malaysia in a matter of days and he couldn’t even get over himself to give him a decent goodbye.

“You are a good distraction, I have to give you that”

Jisung grinned again and started walking with a hop in his step, seemingly less distraught by Minho’s behavior than before. But the Ravenclaw couldn’t escape the swirling thoughts in his head, suffocating him and weighing heavy on his chest.

Would Jisung even miss him? He was his closest friend here, but he had so many more at home, ad then Lix, his penpal, and his family. Jisung was going to be so much happier back home. Hogwarts for him was just an experience, something to add to his curriculum once he graduated and to Minho Jisung was... everything, he was his person. The one who understood him and showed him how to live life to the fullest. He wasn’t sure what he would do without him.

Minho realized he had been wondering too much when Jisung knocked lightly on his temple with his knuckles.

“Hey pretty head, we’re here”

Indeed, they were at the doors of the green house. Jisung went in with two long steps and Minho followed, taking his side, knowing he would’ve dragged him inside if he didn’t move, ever so impatient. Jisung had been there during lessons of course, but the green house had many mysterious, interesting parts that weren’t typically advertised to students unless they had to do some individual studying on options that required any of the rare plants in that section. When Minho had let it slip into conversation, Jisung hadn’t stopped bugging him to see it.

Jisung turned to him, nodding with his head to show him the way, and Minho complied, walking to the back, separated by the actual classroom by a long heavy curtain. He pulled it to the side to let Jisung come in before him and he bowed playfully as he passed him.

The air was stuffy in there and Minho could feel some drop of sweat already group on his forehead as he walked through the rows of plants placed neatly on the tables.

Jisung opened his mouth in surprise as he let himself get captured by the bright colors and sweet smells, going around to explore. Minho couldn’t help a fond smile as he saw him get near one that had a butterfly on it. Jisung carefully lowered his head so he was at the same eye level and the butterly, startled, flew away.

Minho chuckled as he saw Jisung’s expression turn into a pout, but he had to gasp when unexpectedly the butterfly came back to lay on the tip of Jisung’s nose.

Jisung tried to focus his eyes on the inside, crossing them as he attempted to look at the animal better and it was such an endearing image, Minho felt his chest fill with fondness.

“Beautiful”

He murmured, maybe a little too loudly, and the butterfly flew away again.

“Minho!”

Jisung protested, planting his foot on the floor, like a little child. Minho laughed, getting closer to him.

“Sorry, Sung”

Jisung sighed, still with a frown on his lips, but resolved to go to the next plant.

“It’s ok, you can’t control nature, it was going to go away eventually”

Minho looked at his feet, feeling a lump build inside his throat.

“Yeah, yes of course”

Jisung emitted little squeaks of happiness as he started playing with a carnivorous plant, prying a finger on its teeth and pulling it away before it could bite him. Minho went to the bench next to the wall and sat there, watching him for afar.

Now it felt like he could only take Jisung in small doses, like an addict trying to quit a drug.

Except he didn’t want to quit him, he wanted to hold him close to him and whisper him all the thing he made him feel. But what was it worth if he was just going to leave him? Baring his heart to him would be setting himself up for heartbreak and Minho didn’t know if he could survive that. Everything felt so intense with Jisung, and he should have guessed that it was going to come down to that eventually, but Jisung made him stop thinking, planning, he eased all his worries and filled him with new blood, convincing him that anything was possible.

Jisung went to sit next to him, his eyes still sparkling as he looked at the creatures in front of him.

“I love this place, we should have gone sooner”

His tone was quieter than usual, as if he didn’t want to disrupt the calm delicate atmosphere that hung in the air.

“I knew you would have liked it”

He smiled bitterly.

“Why didn’t you bring me here before then?”

He asked, teasing him, but still with a curious lilt in his voice.

“Keeping the best for last”

Jisung chuckled, resting his back against the wall and turning his head towards him.

“Uh, it feels like yesterday was the day I arrived, time goes by so quickly”

Minho nodded and looked down, his voice chocked up.

“Yeah”

“Minho”

He looked at him, taken aback by the fact he had used his name for once.

“Thank you”

Minho bit his lip, willing the tears to hold back a little more.

“Not just for today, thank you for everything, I would have been so lost without you here”

Jisung looked so sincere and vulnerable as he said that, Minho instinctively opened his arms and squeezed him in a tight hug, nesting his face in the crook of his neck.

“Me too”

Jisung didn’t comment on the fact that Minho was already there for 5 years before he arrived, maybe he already knew that he was his anchor as much as Minho was Jisung’s fixed point there. He knew he should have taken the role of guide and yet it felt like he was the student, learning from him. Jisung felt fresh, new, but he was so much wiser than him in ways Minho didn’t know if he could ever reach.

Jisung sighed and laced a hand in his hair, brushing it through regularly, soothing him.

Minho didn’t know how much time they stayed like that, wrapped in each other, but Jisung was the one to pull away, letting Minho compose himself as he bent to adjust his shoes.

When he tried to get up again, he shouldn’t have been fazed by the fact his left shoe and Jisung’s right were kept together by a tight double knot.

“Sung! The joke is getting old”

Jisung giggled and got up as well, his eyes glancing out the window as they heard a thunder rumbling.

“No, you still get surprised everytime, it’s so easy to prank you”

Minho looked up, sighing desperate, and he listened as Jisung’s laughter mixed with the sound of the rain beginning to fall.

“Shit, we should head back before it starts raining buckets”

Jisung smirked, gripping his elbow through his shirt.

“You want to do a run like this?”

Minho gaped, indignant.

“Are you out of your mind? You want me to fall?”

“Come on! It will be fun!”

Minho groaned, taking a step toward the door, his resolve already crumbling.

“Can’t we walk normally for once?”

“No, I want to stay close to you while I can”

Jisung whispered, locking their eyes for a brief moment, leaving Minho stunned. He was quick to look away, though and act as if nothing had happened as they made their way out.

Hurrying was useless as they clumsily tried to walk back to the main hall through the garden, almost falling in a puddle as they got wet under the rain. Their clothes were getting drenched and as the drops fell on his cheeks, Minho let the tears fall too, mixing their salty taste with the rusty one of rain.

If Jisung realized, he didn’t say a word, instead he began singing loudly, off pitch, making Minho cackle almost as loudly as he was singing.

Maybe not everything was possible, but as long as Jisung was next to him, Minho would always feel like it was.

⭑⭒⭑⭒

Just outside the walls of Hogwarts, Minho was standing, playing with a pebble. He wasn’t alone, this time, Jisung was next to him, kicking it back at him. Except for the professors, they were the only ones there, the other prefects were asked if they wanted to come, but Jisung insisted in saying his goodbyes to them earlier and nodded only for Minho to help him with his trunk.

It reassured him in some ways, how Jisung seemed to linger too, he was distracting them both with his little games and his stupid jokes, but deep down, Minho thought it was because he was reluctant to let him go as well.

A zipping sound made them both turn their heads towards the outskirts of the hill and there, naturally, stood the same professor who had accompanied Jisung the first day and Felix, who had a bittersweet smile on his face. His cheeks were marked by drying tears, but he had a glint in his eyes and Minho could tell he was happy to be back.

Minho was too, the kind Hufflepuff had always been one of the people who managed to lighten up his days, but he couldn’t help but associate his return with Jisung’s impending leave.

When he heard their steps on the ground, Minho knew it was the moment to say his goodbyes. He turned to Jisung and he found he was already looking at him, or maybe not at him, it seemed like he was looking for something in him as his gaze was attracted by the wrinkles on his face, following the creaks until it met his eyes. Jisung’s were so deep and filled with things unsaid. Minho wondered if he would ever have the guts to speak first.

“Uh, so this really is it”

Jisung sighed, his hands clasped together as he fidgeted, going from one foot to the other nervously.

“It appears so”

Minho answered in his same breathy tone, unable to let a hint of the melancholy he was feeling peek through. Jisung raised his shoulders as if he was saying “what can you do?”, but remained silent and took another step towards Minho.

The Ravenclaw couldn’t help but surge forward to hug him tightly, lowering his head so it could rest on his shoulder, his arms smothering him as he gripped on the boy for dear life.

“I-I...”

He had so many things he wanted to say. How Jisung made him feel like he was there for a reason, how life was never dull since he was with him, how much he would miss him delicately holding his hand and tracing circles on his palm, how that made him feel so special and adored. How he was going to miss even his stupid jokes, it didn’t matter that they were mostly at his expenses.

Jisung rubbed a hand on his back soothingly and buried his nose in his hair, inhaling faintly his scent.

“I’ll miss you Minho”

He said softly, holding him tight against his chest.

“I’m not ready, I-I don’t want you to leave”

Jisung sighed loudly and stepped back to cradle his face gently in his palms.

“Minho, I’m always going to be with you, whatever happens I’m going to be here”

He leaned forward to press his lips on his forehead for a long still moment. Then he let his hand fall down to lace it with his and he brought their joined palms to the other’s chest.

“And here”

Minho only broke in a shaking cry, squeezing Jisung’s hand in his so strongly he was convinced he would break it.

“N-no, you’re going to forget about me a-and-”

He was cut off by Jisung shaking his head from side to side with a melancholic grin.

“Memories may fade, but feelings always remain embedded in our minds”

Minho furrowed his brows.

“What do you-”

Jisung reached down to slip off one of his shoes and with a playful smile, he placed it in Minho’s hand.

“I’ll never forget you, Lee Minho”

Minho took the shoe in his hands and looked at him with teary eyes.

“This is your partying gift? A dirty shoe?”

Jisung chuckled and nodded.

“You hold onto it for me, alright? And you’ll give it back next time we see each other”

“Next time? What are you- Jisung!”

Jisung smiled sadly at him and let the back of his hand brush against Minho’s soft cheek.

“My pretty sayang”

Before Minho could grab onto his arm, Jisung had already turned on his heels. Hopping on one leg, he reached his professor and bowed respectfully. Minho watched from afar as he exchanged his goodbyes with Felix, he felt petrified in time as Jisung laughed amicably at something the professor were telling him and then as he made his way near his chaperone with a more grave look, that let the regret of what he was leaving behind peek through.

Jisung didn’t turn back as he held onto the umbrella his professor was offering him, disappearing into thin air without a sound.

Regardless of its impact a storm will always be something temporary, in passing. Storms aren’t meant to last, only to create chaos and leave the others to deal with the consequences.

10 years later

Alone on the platform, Minho played with a pebble as he was waiting for his train.

It always made him smile going to King’s Cross, always managed to make him reminisce about the good times he had while he was still only a teenager at Hogwarts.

The surface was perfectly even and so the pebble lazily rolled where he kicked it without moving around too much, it was quite boring, but there wasn’t much else he could do in that moment. As he stared at the ground, he froze when he saw a paired of mismatched shoes. It was subtle, both were a lucid black, with a thick sole, but one was more worn down and the decoration on the side were evidently different.

Quickly, he looked at his own left shoe and when he looked up again to face the owner, he couldn’t have predicted what he was going to face, not in a million years.

Because there stood a man wearing the heart shaped-grin he had so much longed for and, unsurprisingly, it still managed to make his own skip a beat.

Minho waved his hand, and smiled back.

No matter how strong a storm is, eventually, after it passes the sky becomes clear again.
