“You’re not from this timeline, are you?”
The man opened his eyes and finally met Mobius’ gaze. There was too much to decipher in those emerald orbs, too much emotion sifting through the dark depths. Mobius also had the sneaking suspicion that he was being examined as well, those hapless eyes searching for something. When their search was in vain, pain and loss shone freely before Loki dropped his head into his hands.
“I’m not,” he admitted thickly from between his fingers.

Mobius finds himself with a lost Loki from another Timeline who just wants to go home. He makes a deal: if Loki becomes Mobius' partner to help detangle some of the chaos brought on by the branching of the Sacred Timeline as well as protect Mobius' Timeline from Kang-related threats, then he could search for his own Timeline, his own Mobius.Unfortunately, that leaves Mobius to deal with a charming, homesick, God of Mischief who seems to know him better than he knows himself. Gods, what did he sign himself up for?
