The man with crimson hair that is length above his shoulder with his skin that is pale that can compare to the color of snow is smiling as he respond casually that makes the handsome man with muscular as well with a blonde that really match his black and silver uniform looked at the crimson hair boy suspiciously
"Cale Henituse, newbie detective of the Roan Estate Agency you're really a gift to our Estate that you figure it out so quickly" the man with blonde hair praise the young man with crimson hair that make the redhead lips go up meanwhile the redhead figure it out what is the meaning behind of those words 'you bastard, don't cause a trouble'
"This lowly detective newbie was touched however, Alberu Crossman of the Roan Estate as well the Crown Prince was nothing to compared to this lowly being" Cale reply to Alberu with respectable tone that make Alberu flinched a little
'Your Highness, I'm a detective that is hoping to have a slacker life'
"Agent Sun, I am in your care so please guard the door and leave me alone here for a while" Cale was smiling so innocently that make Alberu doubt Cale and look at him with a suspicious gaze however Alberu just sigh and thinking how did this case will proceed 'This dude is driving me nuts'
"Detective-nim, you're in my care so I will trust you with your first case, just call me if you need my help" Alberu sigh in defeat and walk toward the exit

(This will be Cale POV since when I'm writing detective nor mystery it is kinda hard when I'm the narrator when the characters are solving the case... I just can't spoiled it you know-)
My eyes look at the hardbound books that are stacked on the shelf. You can figure out that some of them is old and newly buy books however that is not the real deal well maybe they are, but that's none of my business
I look around and observed the mahogany desk at the center of the room there's some document and paper works but that's also not the big deal
No prints or tracks outside.. that's mean that the kidnapper is an expert but also not
Kinda boring for me that my first case that I will solve on this Estate was related to kidnapping to be exact child kidnapping, well I can't do anything about this since I also want the case that will be solve quickly so I have time to be a slacker
Let me give a short description about my first case as a detective ' It was about a child that is kidnap but there is no traces or prints detected that can only means that it was an expert kidnapper or just pretty sly'
"I already take a look on the whole house.. hmm, I wonder where is that secret room that allowed the culprit to escape" there's a high chance that the culprit is not an expert or assassin but they just use their knowledge about this house, that's what I'm going to find out where the heck that secret room
I went to the bookshelf that I was observing a while ago and did not touch any of the books but I take a look what is those books that is in this rows

Reading novel is one of my hobby and I will admit that this novel have an interesting plot but that's not my business here
"The answer to this case is right under my nose, haha what a munchkin" I smoothen my black cape and start to caressing my glasses while smirking What a scam
I observe the row of the shelf where the ORV Volume place
A detective's eyes can notice even the smallest details that everybody in the room can't point out, because we are detectives.
There's a break on the dust pattern on the shelf surface near the book and why is there a break on the dust pattern? Easy because I assume that this two books was pulled out not too long ago that makes the dust pattern break or apart (I hope you guys understand our Commander explanation since I dunno how to explain this too-)
' This two books are the keys to the secret room'
For now It's a good choice to not spoil the fun.. The family member must be here to witness the fun and the tricks If that person can endure 18 hours of starving and isolation, it's mean that he can endure it for 6 hours and more, but of course I will plan to reveal it real quick
I contacted the agent that was with me or should I say the one who was with me to observe and help my first case
"Yes?" After a few ring of my phone Alberu Crossman aka Agent Sun of the Roan Agency as well the Roan Estate Crown Prince finally answer it
" Your Highness-"
"Detective-nim please kindly just call me Agent Sun because being a prince is not related to this case" I was cut of by the manly voice that sound so tired that makes my lips go up
"Agent Sun the light of the Roan Agency as well the Estate, Can you gather the household family as well the others that are suspected to be the culprit in the library or study room whatever this room is called?" I heard a sigh on the other side but I guess the Sun was upset that I don't know what this room's purpose.. Well don't blame me this room was the library as well the door to the secret room
"Seems like you already solve it Detective-nim, I will gathered them there"
"Oh, after you gathered them here please return guarding the door just in case" don't blame me, making fun of the prince is kinda entertaining but the true purpose why I order him that because of some reason that I predicted to happen
Once again I heard a sigh from the other side and hear his whisper but I don't understand plus I don't care as long after this case, I will be a slacker
"You're driving me nuts"

It didn't take long before the entire family and the suspected figures gathered at this place. Six person huddled in front of the Mahogany desk, Morax Eden, the father of the missing child, Maxi Eden, the sibling of the missing child, Astrid Eden, the aunt of the missing child as well the temporary owner of this house, Ven Eden, the middle child of Morax, Erin Ryll the head maid, last but not the least Lucas Dwight the guard of this house (HAHAHAHA if some of you guys recognize this names- pfft to those name of the peeps I used- SORRY I CAN'T THINK A NAMESSS)
"It's time for me to draw the curtain of this mystery and reveal the obvious truth" I'm the one who broke the weird atmosphere in the room "I already find the missing child"
Everyone gaze was focus on me and I could hear the sigh of relief of everyone but It seems like there is someone who was scared on the good news that make my lips move its own and form a smirk
"W-where is she?" Sir Morax ask it and you can sense the relief and nervous on his voice
I smile and hold my glasses before answering him "She's here, to be exact that she never left the house"
Everyone gasped. Such a pity that all along they thought that the child was somewhere outside. Well of course that is their reaction except for the kidnapper. My innocent smirk immediately turn into a evil smirk thinking that the kidnapper is scared and nervous that her trick will be unraveled
"Pfft.. And the one who kidnap the innocent child and plotted all this stupid things is in this room" I reveal it with ease while caressing my glasses and I can hear and sense another eliciting group of people gasps. Well like an author, cliff-hanger was fun especially the reaction of the readers that gave you a motivation
"How are you so sure that my younger sibling is here?" Maxi ask in confusion and there is a hint of nervously in her voice
"Sir Lucas, the guard, I'm sure that you're doing a midnight patrol in this territory. Am I right?" I glance at the guard that immediately nod on nervous "and you said that you last seen her with someone having a walk and go back to the house" the guard nod his head
"Wait, You said that my child is here?" Sir Morax repeated Maxi question and I nod slowly while glancing at the culprit
" You said that Dumpli is here in our house.How did the kidnapper hide her? We searched every room in this house and we didn't find her anywhere!" Ven the sibling of the missing child shouted at me at the same time ask a question
"Sir Morax, How well did you know this house?" I ask the father innocently well maybe there's a little bit chance that he know about the secret room
"My father gave this house and territory temporarily to my sister" Morax throw a glance at Aunt Astrid "We are staying here because we are having a vacation and Sister let us stay here"
"So no one of these people knew about the secret room?" The cliff-hanger was ended and I finally dropped the bomb that make them gasps and throw a glance to each other
"What do you mean about the secret room?" The faint smile that I have naturally turn into a evil smirk when the Aunt, Astrid ask a question
'Trying to act that you don't do anything huh?' She could try pretending or act that she don't know anything but I wouldn't let her off the hook easily
"Who own this study?" I smoothered my black cape and I start to walk around the room and thus the fun part will began, the interrogation
Astrid raised her hands like a student who was nervous for the class recitation "I do. I'm going here when I'm doing paper works that is related to the territory"
My lips curved more because of her answer that will help her to meet her dead end "I see, Do you always cleaned this place Ma'am?" I glance at the headmaid, Erin
"I always send 2 maids to clean this room,Sir" Erin answer my question and made an eye-contact at me and I could tell what her eyes is telling to me 'I'm not involve here'
My eyes look back at Astrid and start caressing my glasses once again "You should fire them" I said bluntly like It's so easy to fire an people "The bookshelf is full of dust"
"Sir, We are not cleaning this bookshelf on purpose" Housemaid Erin started to explain "It said that we are restricted to clean those bookshelf and books"
"Why?" Normally some people want there bookshelf and books to be dust-free
"I told them not to clean the bookshelf it's because maybe some of the important documents and book will went missing, that's why they are so important to the history of our family" Astrid took the turn to explain
" So you're the one who ordered them?" I ask and the innocent smile that I have earlier came back
Astrid nods.
"I guess you're the one who likes to read books, yes?"
She nod once again
"Have you read ORV?"
"I'm a huge fan of ORV sir."
"I guess that you know Dokja… how would you describe him?"
"Kim Dokja is handsome sir"
"A true fan of ORV won't say that, In fact Dokja is a squid and Ugly King also he's sacrificial and suicidal bastard" Well except of Uriel
"W-well I know it.. It just I have a bad memory and I read them long time ago"
"Let's go back to my business. What I mean is that this book was the key for the secret room" I pulled out the Volume I book and placed it on the desk "And there's evidence that these two books were pulled out to the shelf not too long ago. How did I know? Because of the Dust."
"Dust?"
I stop and smirk not looking back at the curious gaze that they are giving to me "Since you didn't let them clean this bookshelf, dust was everywhere here and when you pulled out this books the dust pattern break" I explain
"You guys probably watch many movies where there is a secret basement" I said as I pulled Volume II. After that I heard as well probably the others heard a click and the shelf slightly moved. "Look It's the secret room"
Morax as well Maxi and Ven quickly open the door that was created when I pulled out the book
I look at my back and saw Astrid staring at it with shock and nervously, What a munchkin, you must be terrified that your trick was exposed
"DUMPLI!" The father cried, rushing to the poor little child that currently has a duck tape on her mouth and her hands and feet were tied. He was kidnap and trap inside a empty and dark room for how many hours already, Such a pity
"The only one who knows about the existence of the secret room. . . . . ." I turn around to point my finger on the culprit ". . . is none other than the aunt, Astrid"
Astrid eyes went shook and there was sweat that was starting to form on her forehead and her facial expression was priceless. You can see to her reaction that she is guilty
"It's not that this house was temporarily mine, it doesn't mean that I'm the only one who knows this room!" Astrid tried to defend it, Of course a in denial culprit will desperately will deny it. "Maybe someone knows this room other than me!"
"So you're admitting that you knew about this room?" A smirk was visible on my face while interrogating this lady.
"No.. It's not that-"
"You didn't tell anybody about this, because if you did, your trick would be exposed" A smirk won't leave my face while revealing those deeds that she done "Well, this child can identify you as her kidnapper once she regains her consciousness, You invited her to this room pretending that you will help her to her homework or something, only you can invited her here"
Astrid step back and shook her head many times " N-no, It's not me! This guy is accusing me!"
"You can deny it, But you know what? You're cornered by many evidence, You should be on your knees, confessing all the crimes you commit" Because of the dust I smothered my cape once again and smirk is still visible on my face
"Why did you do this to me and to my child, Sister?" Morax asks Astrid and you can tell that he is angry "Is it because of money? You kidnap my child so you can blackmail me and you can ask for money?"
Astrid just keep her head down and denying that she is the one who kidnap the child in this case was futile "The truth is I commit many crimes and I robbed many houses because I got addicted to illegal stuffs, However I did not still give up and spend all the money-" Astrid unexpected open the door and runaway in a unexpected speed the father and the siblings as well the guard tried to chase after her however when they notice that I'm not chasing her, they stop chasing her and instead worried about the child
We heard a loud thud in the outside
"We won't chase after her but that doesn't mean we will let her escape" I smirk because I already predicted that this scene will happen
We went down and saw a man with blonde hair with the unconscious Astrid in the ground
I'm too weak to chase after that lady but I have a partner that I can use
"You're strongly weak bastard" Alberu look toward at my direction while smiling that made me flinch a little
"Shut it" I reply as I contacted the Agency with my phone
"This is Cale Henituse with Alberu Crossman reporting on duty"
"My first case has been closed"
