He could not move as he willed.
“Ue?”
He didn’t know what startled him more: waking in an unfamiliar place, seeing his hands shrunk to baby-like stubs, or hearing his voice altered into something strange and unfamiliar.
Or perhaps, it was all of it—everything, all at once.

“Welcome to the Villain Matchmaking System! The name’s 002, but you can call me Two! Are you ready to fall in love, host Kim Rok Soo?”
He needed to romance the characters in the book. He couldn’t even control the way he spoke. The system would interfere with his words and expressions, making him appear constantly like a blushing, bumbling fool towards the characters in the story.
“You look in love, host. Have you fallen for someone yet?”
Angry and frustrated with his lack of individual autonomy, he relentlessly fought back against the system. In his indignation, he promised himself one thing.
“Shut up, I’m not in love!”
He couldn’t fall for anyone, no matter what.
