Summary
You were still in high school when you became a shut-in. Locking yourself away within the safety of your bedroom, you spend your days lazing away and living inside of the worlds you create on pen and paper. Though you are an aspiring novelist with a love for literature, being indoors all of the time does a number on your creativity- and your sanity.
Then one day, you meet a boy in a chatroom who goes by Omori. His sketchbook drawings are cryptic and he’s got... kind of a troubling porn addiction, but you have similar interests and you click almost instantly. You chat with him on a daily basis and the two of you spend virtually all of your time together. As the years go by, however, a gnawing attachment begins flowering in your heart. It’d be nice to meet him in person, but there’s a couple of problems with that plan. You’re a hikikomori, for starters, and don’t want to leave the house. The second problem?
Omori is one, too.
