   Summary

   A knives out/jane the virgin story that involves some grey anatomy level of relationship drama at the hospital Marta was working at before working for Harlan full time. The one plot hole I really don't get is why Harlan needs a nurse but his even older mother doesn't? So I fixed that too.

   Harlan and Wanetta show Marta that having Ransom's baby accidentally could be a wonderful thing, even if he didn't get the same news as the movie so he doesn't realize how murderous he could really be if he wanted.
