Summary
The Public Safety Devil Hunters are a strange organization. Devils in the basements and hunters above ground trying to keep the world safe. So what happens when they experiment? You get a team of 4 decently unstable Fiends put on missions they wouldn't dare send humans on. Special Division S is a unit comprised of 4 fiends handmade by the researchers who greatly regret their choices.
Aka It's a story about 4 OC Devil/Fiends. No self insert or whatever. Main canon story characters will appear in later chapters.
