   Summary

   Oswald and Edward have a lot of work to do after being released from Blackgate and Arkham. Their influence over the Gotham crime scene has waned in their absence, and Oswald wants to make sure that it never happens again. Oswald needs someone who's able to properly look after his empire if Jim Gordon or the Bat lunatic ever try to put him or Edward behind bars again. He needs a protege.

   It just so happens that a familiar young man has just arrived back in Gotham that could fill that position nicely.
