Summary
Their owner had enough after the fifth time of stepping over Wilbur, opening the door, and accidentally smashing the bat’s head with said-door. They apologized to George profusely then went back to Wilbur. The, now awake, ticked-off bunny glared at his owner.
That morning ended with Wilbur being allowed into George’s room. The bat was now on the bed, his wings shaking with the rest of his body. Wilbur could hear the quiet whimpers stop slowly when the door closed. George thought it was another Alpha he was supposed to be with. “George,” Wilbur said quietly. The brunette on the bed hesitated before rolling over. A large smile spread across his face. It wasn’t another Alpha...it was his Alpha.
