Just Another Morning
Summary:
A morning breakfast between Kagome and Sesshomaru (and Sesshomaru's preparations for it). A story told in 5 drabbles of 100 words each.

Chapter Text
Sesshomaru’s deft hand plucked at weeds as he sat hunched over in the grass. A basket lay by his side, laden with vegetables from the garden. Tomatoes shone red in the early morning sun, green peppers and ripe eggplants glistening with color.
A snail found its way onto the basket and was deposited nearby back into the soil before he stood.
And then, with the basket of vegetables in his arm, he made his way up the stairs of the deck, taking his gardening gear off, before heading inside to see what to do with today’s harvest in his kitchen.
