Summary
By the end of every five years’ cycle, the 60th blood moon takes place. It was known to trigger Lynels all over Hyrule. It is said that if the 60th blood moon passes without a sacrifice being offered for the silver Lynel residing in the death mountain, the 22 fearsome beasts located all over the land will go on a rampage, killing everything in their way.
That year, the chosen sacrifice was a Hylian.
Out of all the tribes, out of every possible candidate, all the high-spirited and good-looking younglings, it was Lance.
