Summary
Lucy's depressed over how difficult it is to say no when it comes to her friends, including Mira and Cana's matchmaking shenanigans. The Guild's closet lesbian couple give Laxus the opening he wants to call Lucy his own. However, it becomes obvious that Lucy has been mentally and emotionally abused and used by her teammates since she first joined. Laxus decides to become her shield against the growing fixation and rage Natsu demonstrates when Laxus succeeds in foiling the other Slayer's callous attitudes toward Lucy.
