Chapter 1: Chapter 1

Chapter Text

The bell rings loudly and every student packs up quickly.

"Remember to do the homework for tomorrow's lecture!" Mrs. Peters said, walking back to her desk. "Mr. Miller, can I see you for a second?"

The boy rolled his eyes and slung one strap over his shoulder and walked up to the desk.

"Are you doing alright? I've noticed that your grades have been slipping. Is everything okay at home?" Mrs. Peters said

The boy cleared his throat and put on a fake smile "Yeah everything is okay it's just a little difficult studying when you live in a group home." He said with a hint of sarcasm.

Luckily for him, the teacher didn't pick up on the comment.

"Oh well, there are other places to study and finish your work. If you need help, don't be afraid to ask for help." She said straightening papers.

The boy cleared his throat again, "Um yeah thanks." The high schooler said and walked out of the classroom.

The halls were bustling with crowded teenagers from different levels to different clicks.

"Parker! Wait up, man!" his friend ran over.

This is Parker Miller, a 17-year-old boy who's trying to find himself. People say he looks like a Jensen Ackles just with darker brown hair. He's been in foster care his whole life. He actually got adopted by a lovely couple but unfortunately died in a car accident so he really never got the chance to know them or even remember them.

Parker rolled his eyes but waited for his friend to come over. "What is it, Michael?" Parker annoyingly said.

"What's gotten you so grumpy?" Michael nudged him.

"Nothing is a matter. What do you need?" Parker walked out of school.

"What I need from you is to come to this awesome club I found! It's called P3! They had awesome bands and singers come and play! We have to check it out!" Michael said excitedly.

Parker rubbed his face "I'm not sure man."

"Come on Parker! Do you really want to go back home? You can even stay at my place" Michael offered.

This was tempting, Parker doesn't like the group home, they weren't abusive, he never really had any alone time and not really getting along with the other kids. Parker would just stay out the latest he can and sneak back in when everyone else was sleeping.

He had to make a decision and he had to do it now.

Parker nodded, agreeing to go out. Michael threw his arms into the air in victory.

"Do you still have your fake ID?" Michael said with Parker nodding again. "Great, I'll come to pick you up tonight!"

The club was booming and people were having the time of their lives at P3. Prue and Phoebe were sitting at the bar wearing their typical clothes saying 'I'm sexy and single' while Piper is behind the bar working her ass off making this nightclub the number one in the bay area.

"Piper, relax! P3 is doing great, look people are having fun." Prue said smiling.

"Yeah, Piper, relax!" Phoebe agreed with her.

Piper sighed and looked around frantically still working. Both Prue and Phoebe rolled their eyes.

Phoebe turned around to lean back doing her signature allure eyeing everyone in the room. Prue lean in "Anyone caught your eye?"

She shakes her head "Nope nothing." She turns around and takes a sip from her drink.

"Anyway what are we going to do about that demon! He'll just come back to kill us! We need more power, I can't believe I'm saying this but the power of three is not enough." Prue explained sipping her drink.

"Well, what can we do? Call another witch? It's difficult keeping a witch a secret but now you want to tell everyone that we are one just so they could help us!" Piper said while working.

"Maybe we can. I mean think about it, we met other witches before. How hard can it be to find one with enough power?" Phoebe said.

"We'll look later, but right now I can't think because of this place being so busy," Piper said wiping down the counters.

"Drink!" a man shouted from the opposite side of the bar.

Phoebe looked over at the pair of gentlemen taking shots, she couldn't describe it but one of the younger boys look awful familiar.

"Hey, Piper… Do you think one of those boys looks familiar?" Phoebe said and pointed to one of them.

Piper and Prue both look to where Phoebe was pointed.

"And he looks awful younger, like a teenager," Prue said side-eyeing Piper.

"OH OH NO!" Piper reacted and quickly walked over to the pair of boys.

"Excuse me do you both have IDs?" Piper said putting on her fake smile.

Both boys look at her. "Uh yes, ma'am we do." the boy with lighter hair said.

They both took out their wallets and both gave IDs to Piper. She took them and looked at them carefully. Ben Dover and Clint Toris. Piper slammed her hands on the bar. "These are fake IDs! I want both of you to get out of my club!" Piper yelled, scaring the teenage boys and making a run to the exit.

Phoebe watched as both boys quickly ran out of the bar; due to Piper's demanding voice she saw something drop out of the boy's pocket.

"Can you believe those two? Trying to do underage drinking. Ha, not under my watch! Phoebe?" Piper said then Phoebe walked over to the item and picked it up. As soon as she picked it up she got a premonition.

An older woman and a younger one holding a baby safely wrapped up in a blanket with Triquetra embroidered. The younger woman gave the baby to the nun and both women walked away with the baby in the arms of the nun.

"Oh Oh Oh my!" Phoebe looked up at the stairs to exit but the boys were both gone. She looked at the item and it was a real ID. Parker Miller.

"I can't believe we didn't get to see the band!" Michael hung his head in disappointment. Parker scoffed and shook his head.

"It's your fault for wanting to drink alcohol." Parker got into the passenger and Michael in the driver.

"But drinking enhances the experiences of watching the band and partying." Michael said driving out of the club. Parker glared at his best friend "You asshole, now you owe me a new ID." Michael proceeds to laugh. "You love me and you know it!"

"Whatever" Parker looked out of the window. He was wondering who those women are at the other end of the bar. They looked familiar and… he couldn't describe the feeling but it felt like a powerful connection between the three of them. I wonder if I will ever see them again?

Chapter 2: Chapter 2

Chapter Text

A beautiful morning has risen in San Francisco; however, in the Halliwell Manor, a troubling factor has Phoebe left confused and wondering who Parker Miller is.

On a typical morning, Piper makes breakfast and coffee. Prue comes in, grabs a cup of coffee and the newspaper, and sits at the table. Everything was normal until Phoebe walked in.

"Guys… I both have to tell you something." Phoebe said, rubbing her hands.

"Phoebe, what is it?" Piper said

"Yeah, what is it?" Prue said.

"Is this about last night cause you seem to be pretty freaked out?" Prue said, closing her newspaper.

"Well, um, you would be too when you find out," Phoebe mumbled.

"Phoebe," Prue warns.

"Alright, alright," Phoebe said, ready to spill the details. "I had a premonition last night, not of the future but the past… I saw mom and grams holding a baby, giving the baby away to a nun."

Prue and Piper were shocked. "What do you mean, Phoebe?" Prue said slowly. "Yeah, Phoebe, what do you mean?" Piper said.

"Remember those two teenage boys last night in the club? That Piper kicked out." Phoebe said, looking at both of them.

The sisters nodded.

"Well, while they ran out of there, one of them dropped this," Phoebe said, pulling out the ID from her pocket. Piper took the ID, and both of them looked at it.

"Oh, it's Ben Dover," Piper said with Prue looking at her, confused. "What? That was his name on the fake one."

"So it looks like his name is Parker Miller, and here is his address," Prue said, pointing out the information. "We need to talk to mom and grams about this. NOW." Prue said, walking out of the kitchen.

The three sisters walked through the attic door, went behind the Book of Shadows, and flipped through the book. "Should we call Leo?" Phoebe said.

"Piper is still mad at Leo," Prue said, smiling.

Piper scoffed at Prue. "I'm not mad at him… I'm just annoyed with him, is all." Piper said and found the page. "We have to include him. Whether we like it or not, he is our whitelighter and deserves to know what's going on," Prue said, looking at both sisters.

Piper groaned, "fine, LEO!" Piper shouted. Blue orbs filled the room, and Leo appeared. "What is it?" Leo said.

"Long story short, Phoebe had a premonition last night at the club, and we might actually have a brother," Piper said.

Leo's eyes widen at the situation, "Are you sure? The elders would know about him." Leo said.

Prue nodded. "Yeah, we're sure." Prue put her hair back behind her and started chanting the spell, "Hear my words, hear my cry, spirits from the other. Come to me, I summon thee, cross now the great divide."

White lights appear in the room, revealing Grams.

"Prue? Phoebe? Piper? What's going on? Why did you call me down here?" Grams said, surprised.

"I believe you know why we called you down here. I believe there is more power than the power of three!" Prue said sternly.

Gram's face said it all. "I-i don't know what you're talking about." Grams stutter.

"You know what, grams you were a lousy liar when you were alive, and now, as a ghost, you're worse," Piper said

"If you know something grams, you have to tell us we deserve to know," Phoebe said.

"I can't. I'm swore to Secrecy." Grams said.

"By who?" Prue said.

"By me." a mysterious feminine voice echoed throughout the attic. The sisters looked around. Then another pair of white lights appeared in the room, revealing their mother, Patty. "By me," she said again.

"Mom?" all three said.

"Yes, my daughters, we didn't tell anybody because we were afraid of being reprisals. I was afraid that you girls would be denied your powers, your birthright. It happened after your father and I were divorced. When Sam and I were together." Patty said.

"Sam?" Phoebe said.

"Patty's Whitelighter," Leo said.

The Charmed Ones were beyond shocked at the sudden Revelation.

Patty decided to continue. "You were all toddlers. You just thought that mommy was getting a little fat. You never knew that I was pregnant."

"I was the only one that knew--" Grams said. "And Sam," Patty said with grams agreeing with her.

"I wanted to keep the baby, of course, but mother…." Patty stopped tearing up, and Grams finished for her. "I knew it would be disastrous. I mean, a boy in the Warren/Halliwell Line is just unheard of! It would be better for him not to be here, so we just had to give him away to a nun that could find him a good home." Grams finished. "We just had to, for his sake," Patty said, wiping a tear away on her face.

"Hold on! So you're telling me that the boy I had in my vision is really… Our brother?" Phoebe said. Patty nodded, "Yes, your baby brother, half brother." Patty said.

Prue furrowed her eyebrows in confusion. "How do you know that he wasn't a witch or even a whitelighter?"

"While I was pregnant with him. He showed no signs of powers. When I was pregnant with all of you, I had each of your powers at random times. It would drive me crazy not knowing when I might freeze a room, move items with my mind, and get premonitions." Patty smiled at the fond memories.

"What if we tried it?" Prue thought of an idea.

"Tried what?" Piper said.

"What if we get him to come and stand by the book to receive his powers?" Prue said, smiling.

"I don't think that's a good idea. We should leave him be. He's not a witch." Grams said, dismissing the question.

"How do you know? Just because he didn't show you his powers when you were pregnant doesn't mean he didn't have powers. What if he never got to learn them?" Prue said, giving scenarios.

This left everyone silent.

"Exactly, that's why we are getting our brother back, and we know exactly where he is," Prue said.

Grams and Patty tilted their heads.

Piper pulled the card out of her pocket to give to Prue. Prue held out the ID to show them. Their eyes lit up. "Oh, what's his name?" Patty smiled. "Parker Miller," Phoebe said, smiling. "They fulfilled my one condition: he must be named with a 'P'" Patty smiled, still emotional.

"Where is he?" Grams said.

"Looks like on the other side of town. You both ready to go?" Prue asked her sisters, both nodding their heads excitingly.

"Before you girls go. If Parker has powers, all four of you will have to be by the book to be charmed… again." Patty said

Grams took Patty's hand into her own, "Good luck, my girls. Blessed be." Grams and Patty disappeared with the white lights that brought them here.

"Ready?"

"Oh yeah!

"Let's get our baby brother!"

"Who knew drinking could be so bad…." A hangover teen mumbled, walking back home before school.

It was a bright morning, with clear skies, at 7 am directly shining on the hungover teen's face. Parker doesn't care if he's late to school, he would rather stay at Michael's house, but he had to sneak out before his parents woke up. It's not that Michael's parents don't like Parker. It's just the foster care situation they're uncomfortable with, and honestly, who can blame them. According to most people, most foster kids end up as criminals and bad influences, and he still wonders how he didn't become a criminal yet.

Parker wasn't even halfway home before he heard a voice and a car pulling over to the side of the road. He looked up to see three women, the same three women at the bar last night. His eyes widened, and he began sweating nervously. What's happening? I don't know what I did? Parker thought.

"Parker Miller!" the bartender said, smiling.

"We were just looking for you!" another woman said, excitedly bouncing.

"I don't know what I did wrong, but I won't come back to P3 I promised," Parker nervously speed-walking away.

"It's not that! We need to tell you something!" a woman with black hair yelled out.

The women were following Parker.

"Please, it's important."

"Get away from me! I won't bother you again!" Parker said, really feeling unnerving.

"We are your sisters, Parker!" the bartender yelled.

Parker stopped directly in his tracks and turned around slowly. "What?" He looked at the three sisters.

All three of them smiled. "Parker, we are your sisters. I'm Prue."

"I'm Piper."

"And I'm Phoebe!"

Parker was shocked would be an understatement. His world just shatters in a way that he can only describe. These three women claimed to be his sisters… Why now? Are you sure? Do you have the right person? All these questions flood Parker's mind and give him an overwhelming feeling. He has to get out of there.

"I'm s-sorry I have to go home." Parker pointed in a direction and started walking.

"Wait! We'll drive you home!" Piper said, smiling. "Yeah! We'll explain everything about our family." Phoebe said. "Please." Prue smiled.

Parker struggled with what to do. Does he want to walk home or find out if the women are telling the truth?

Parker nodded and walked through the car with the sisters following. Piper was driving, Prue in the passager, Phoebe, and Parker in the backseat. "Where to, honey?" Piper looked in the rearview mirror at Parker. "Um, it's just up ahead." Parker felt awkward, to say the least.

Piper started driving

The reunion arrived at Parker's group home. When the car stopped, Parker immediately got out of the vehicle before the woman could react.

"Thanks again for the ride, but I don't have siblings or a family." Parker walked up to the door.

The charmed ones quickly got out of the car and ran up the path. "Yes, Parker, you do have a family and sisters!" Phoebe said.

Parker paused at the door and put his head against it. Why did this have to happen? Parker thought. Parker took a breath and turned around, looking at them. "How am I supposed to believe you? Why should I believe you?" Parker said.

"I know this is crazy, actually insane. We didn't know that we had a brother until Phoebe found your ID." Prue said, coming closer to him.

"Parker, this will sound crazy, but the three of us and you are… Witches." Phoebe said, coming closer with Prue.

Parker started laughing, earning confused looks from the sisters. "You right? You all are crazy."

Suddenly, the door opens, scaring the sisters, especially Piper, accidentally freezing the whole street and residents in the house. Birds, the door, sprinklers, people, everything was at a standstill.

"Oh! Uh, Piper!" Prue cringed

"I'm sorry! They scared me, and I froze the place." Piper said, gesturing around her.

They didn't notice Parker's expression as he was scared shitless about what was happening. "You didn't freeze the place. You froze the whole world!" Parker screamed, looking around him quickly at what was happening.

"See, we're not crazy. Parker… You're are a Halliwell and a Charmed One." Prue said, smiling as well as the other two. "Ready to start your new life?"

Chapter 3: Chapter 3

Chapter Text

He's skipping school not because of the arcade, mall, or video game store. Parker is skipping school because three insane women are witches. Currently, all four arrived at the manor. The three sisters went in front of him while he was slowly behind, tailing them with caution.

"Are you coming?" Phoebe said, smiling. The sisters were smiling, not pressuring him.

"Uh yeah, just scoping out the area," Parker said, looking around before catching up with them.

Prue put her arm around Parker while Phoebe held onto his arm, and Piper unlocked the front door.

"Welcome to the manor Parker!" Piper said, gesturing to the whole house.

Parker had to admit, it was beautiful and felt like home or had that feeling. Why were these women helping him? He hasn't had anything in his life be this good.

They got into the main room by the staircase. The sisters let go of him and stood in front of him, facing him. "Let's introduce each other again, shall we? Okay! I'm Prue!" Prue said, holding her hand out. Parker accepted. "I'm Piper!" Piper said doing the same thing, and Parker accepted. "And last but certainly not least, I'm Phoebe!" Phoebe said, sticking out her hand, and Parker accepted. "I'm Parker…."

After the boy said his name, the chandelier shook above them, pouring bright blue lights on all the siblings together. Only Parker was confused, while the three were excited. After a minute, the light disappeared, going back to normal.

"What was that?" Parker said, concerned.

"That means it worked!" Prue said, smiling.

Blue orbs appeared behind Parker, revealing Leo. He walked up beside Parker. "It worked!" Leo said, scaring Parker into orbing out and returning in a second, landing himself on the floor.

Everyone was concerned and helped Parker up to his feet. "What the fuck was that? What did I do?" Parker looked around frantically

"Watch your mouth," Piper said.

"What you just did was called orbing," Leo said.

"Orbing? Who are you?"

"Yes, whitelighters all have it, and I'm Leo, their whitelighter and yours now too."

Parker looked confused even more. Phoebe grabbed his shoulders and made him face her. "Parker, I know this sounds insane, but we are witches, and you are too… You have powers--" Prue cut in, "and they are powerful."

"Powers? Like Orbing? And what else?" Parker said.

"We don't know yet. With the charmed ones and the power of three, the sisters would have three powers, the power to freeze, the power to move things with her mind, and the power of Premonition to see things into the past or future. Unfortunately, there has never been a power of four or even a brother." Prue said, explaining things.

"So what your saying is I'm the first one?" Parker asked.

"Yeah, isn't that cool!" Phoebe said.

"Uh, I don't know. That's a lot of pressure on a teenage boy going through high school." Parker explained.

Before the conversation continued, Parker felt something coming and knew everything.

"Kit the Cat?" Parker said, confused.

"How did you--" Phoebe said

Suddenly, Kit ran from the kitchen into Parker's arms which he caught and held on to her. "Meow," Kit purred.

"How did you know her name was Kit and she was a Cat?" Piper said.

"I didn't know my mind was telling me something was coming like sensing it, and it knew the basic information about her," Parker explained.

"I'm not sure what that power is," Prue said.

"You don't think the Elders have something to do with this, do you?" Piper said.

"I'll go check," Leo said and orb up there.

Phoebe looked at her sisters and then her brother, "I think there is someone you want to meet." Phoebe said, getting behind, pushing Parker towards the stairs dropping Kit in the process, and the sister following closely back.

Parker entered the attic first and the sisters right behind him. "Welcome to the attic! Where the magic happens." Phoebe said. Prue walked over to a book that intrigued Parker. "And this is the Book of Shadows. Where the magic is stored as well as potions, demons, and spells." Prue said, opening the book and revealing pages of art and mystery inside. "Stand here," Piper directed, and Parker followed, standing in the spot she said.

All three sisters gathered around the book and recited the well-known spell "Hear my words, hear my cry, spirits from the other. Come to me, I summon thee, cross now the great divide."

White lights appear in the room, revealing two women, Grams and Patty.

"There is someone we like you to meet," Prue said.

Parker was beyond knowing what he was feeling. "Parker," the younger woman said. This woman standing in front of him was all he could dream of. "Mom?" Parker whispered, tears falling. Patty walked out of the circle from spiritual to material and tightly embraced her child, whom she hadn't seen in years. Parker held on to her tightly, never wanting to let her go smelling her hair and taking in everything he hoped for. "Hi, baby," Patty said. Parker broke the hug first and looked at his mother with his tear-smug face. "Hi.."

"Honey, this is grams, your grandmother," Patty said, looking over at the woman behind her. Parker and Grams faced each other, and before they said a word, the new witch had a feeling and a furious one. Parker backed away from Grams.

"Don't." He grumbled.

"Honey, what's wrong?" Patty said.

"You never wanted me, and you still don't... You're so unsure that you gave me away that you convinced Patty because I was the firstborn male in the Warren line. You know I'm out of here." Parker said tears were flowing down his face.

Parker started to walk out before his sisters called for him to wait.

"It's 9:13, and I still have school. Thank you for making me feel like I had a family for a while, but I gotta go." Parker said and ran out of the attic and out the front door.

The silence was still as shock filled the air, no one speaking, afraid of breaking it. The tension was so thick that Leo's orbs could damage it.

"The Elders know what power--" Leo looked around and felt the tension. "What happened here? Where's Parker?"

"Let me guess, Telepath?" Prue retorted.

"Uh yeah, a whitelighter telepath, he could be the strength you need to take out shax," Leo informed everyone.

"You see, Grams! Parker has a power and could have been part of this family!" Piper scolded them. Grams lower her head in shame. "Mother, how could you?! Your first grandson, my son, drove him away again because he doesn't meet your standards. I'm a very disappointing mother." Patty turns to the girls. "Get your brother back. I'm afraid for him. Blessed be." Patty said, and both women disappeared, leaving white lights behind.

"Uh, okay, I have a plan. Phoebe calls Darryl and get records of Parker and see who he is. Leo keeps an eye on Parker, either sensing him or following him. Piper and I will create a potion and write a spell for that. Any questions? Alright, let's go." Prue stated orders.

Leo spoke before they moved, "Just beware of caution. Parker is in the Window of Opptiuntory, which means for the next 48 hours, he can decide whether to use his powers for good or evil."

"Of course, he'll use his powers for good." Phoebe had complete confidence in her little brother.

"I wouldn't be so sure. Having the now power of four means powerful charmed ones. The news has already spread to both up there and the underworld, which means…." Prue cut him off, finishing the sentence she dreads. "The Source already knows and will go after him. Okay, Phoebe call Darryl now and tell him to hurry. We don't have a lot of time." Prue said.

Everyone disperses, trying to help Parker become a Halliwell and a good witch.

The dark undergrounds of hell, as many others say, 'it is just scorching in here. "May I be seen?" a feminine voice was heard. A creature in a cloak waved his hand to make the woman be seen. "Has Shax finished the job?" The deep-voiced creature said. "No, something more powerful, or should I say someone." The Oracle said. The Source growled, "Shax is one of my most powerful demons. There is no way that the charmed ones can defeat him alone."

"You're right. The power of three can't defeat him, but the power of four can." The Oracle said, looking at him.

"WHAT?! What is the meaning of this? What are you telling me?" The Source growled and yelled again.

"It seems like the mother of the witches had a secret child born out of wedlock, creating a fourth child as results of the power of four." The Oracle saw in her crystal ball.

The Source's voice grew so loud that the caves started shaking. "Impossible! How can this be!"

"Sir, this witch just got his new powers which means the Window of Opportunity. There is a chance of a charmed one turning evil." The Oracle said.

"Yes, that's it… I know just how to do it. Show me the boy." The Source said, walking behind the Oracle and looking into the crystal ball.

"My pleasure, sir." The Oracle said, doing as she told.

What is the version of hell that teenagers hate? That's right, High School. Parker made it to the beginning of 3rd period and did not feel up to speaking to anyone, not even his best friend Michael, and he kept bothering him about why he missed the beginning of school.

"Parker!" Michael whispered.

Parker ignored him.

"Parker!" Michael whispered again.

This fucker is ignoring me. How dare he ignore me! Michael thought loudly like an echo in Parker's head.

Parker rolled his eyes.

I'm going to write him a note telling him how I feel. Dear Parker, how dare you ignore me? I know there is something wrong as your best friend, you have the right to tell me. What is going on? Big Mike. Michael thought, writing down the note.

After a minute of trying to pay attention, a note landed on his desk. He looked at the teacher and didn't notice, then started looking for the sender, and his eyes landed on Michael. "READ IT," Michael mouthed out and pointed to the note.

Parker was confused by this. Why did Michael say he would write me a note when he just told me what he would write? Parker opened the note, read it, and jumped out of his seat, disrupting the class. "AHHH" Parker screamed, getting everyone's attention. "Mr. Miller, what is the problem? Is there a reason you are disrupting the class?" The teacher said, slightly irritated.

God, what now! I'm trying to teach this boring lesson, and Parker has to interrupt and make a fool out of himself. The teacher thought, making Parker even freak out more.

"I'm sorry, I have to go!" Parker said he gathered his things quickly and left the classroom with the teacher yelling out at him, and now Michael was very concerned.

"Get ahold of yourself," Parker whispered, walking to the bathroom. He entered the restroom and made sure that no one was in there. He went up to the sink and splashed some cold water on his face trying to get a grip on what was happening. Parker kept looking at himself in the mirror when the bathroom door abruptly revealed his best friend, Michael.

"Parker! What's going on with you?" Michael said, walking up to Parker.

Parker turned around and faced him. Should he reveal everything? Having a family? Sisters? Being a Whitelighter Witch? He would go to the insane clinic. He needed his best friend more than ever.

"Are you sure you want to know?" Parker said slowly.

"Yeah, dude, of course. What is going on?" Michael nodded.

"Let's go somewhere else. You need to sit down and have your mind blown." Parker said, guiding his friend out of the bathroom to a safe place where his life will be forever turned upside down.
