He's Just The Nanny

Summary:

Lim Jaebeom is the CEO/Co-CEO of Lim and Team Wang Corporation. We're talking about twenty eight, tall, handsome and downright sexy and chic. Every woman wants him and I mean every woman as this poor man can't get a nanny to you know, be a nanny! They all just want to get in his pants or ride on that fortune and fame. And Jaebum just wants someone who can help take care of his daughter who holds his entire world in her tiny hands.

Cue Mark! Who just moved to Korea after a nasty breakup with his lover and has a son of his own. Jackson suggests hiring his brother to Nanny and Jaebum makes up a contract for Mark to sign straight away. But all before actually meeting Mark and you know...

Let's just say that the moment they actually do meet, Jaebum wishes he never brought up the contract in the first place

Notes:

Yes, yes, I know. Here we are on another one but my mental health is everywhere right now and I'm trying to stay grounded. I'm sorry if I'm all over the place. And I don't know if I can keep up with all of this anymore but I just want to write what comes to me and try and hold on...

Either way, I hope you guys enjoy it and it helps in some way.

P.S. I got inspiration for this from Jaebum's new song, 'B.T.W.'

Chapter Text

Prelude:

Lim Jaebeom has to deal with a lot of things in his busy life. From one schedule to the next meeting and maybe flying to a different country the next. The twenty eight year old is one of the richest men in the world and CEO/Co-CEO of Lim and Team Wang Corporation. With the help of his business partner, Jackson Wang, the two met after collabing on a song a while back and became close since. It wasn’t until five years ago that the two decided to take this giant leap and started from the bottom and now rose to the top with hard work and dedication. And though the two keep some things private even to each other, they know they have each other’s back and are there for them.

So when Jaebum started having this huge issue, of course Jackson wanted to step in and help. And really, Jackson feels for Jaebum as the alpha has been trying to adjust and do what’s best for his daughter ever since the mother left the picture. For it hasn’t been easy and with it being public knowledge of Jaebum and Stacy’s split, women have been coming left and right on trying to fill in that spot. And I mean trying, because every nanny Jaebum tries to hire did not last long before attempting to sleep with him. By either wearing very revealing outfits, leaving flirty notes to even that one nanny that tried to sneak into his bed while he was asleep. These women all broke the contract that they signed and thus Jaebum kicked them out. And all this poor man wanted was to find someone that could help take care of his daughter when certain things go on with the company that he’s leading. Is that too much to ask for?!

But cue, Mark! As Jackson tells Jaebum how his brother had recently gotten out of a nasty breakup as well and is staying with him as he gets back on his feet again. So this job would be perfect for him, especially since he has a son the same age as Jaebum’s daughter. Not only would Mark know how to take care of her, but would understand what he’s going through.

Jinyoung really didn’t let Jaebum say no. Jackson’s mate, Park Jinyoung had already taken the liberty of setting up a meeting for the two to meet. But due to an unexpected circumstance, Jaebum had to fly out earlier than suspected and thus left the same day he was supposed to meet Mark. But Jaebum trusted Jackson and so got the alpha to get Mark to sign the contract with Youngjae, his younger brother. And after Youngjae said Jaebum would love him and that Lilly was attached to Mark’s son straight away, Jaebum felt he had one less thing to worry about. He actually felt relieved that for once, his daughter will be in good hands.

And in between breaks and moments where he’s able to talk to Lilly and see pictures of her being happy and acting like a child should, everything was going great. Mark even sounded very professional and like he knew what he was doing in the short minutes they were able to speak on the phone.

But boy did it not prepare him for when he would get back home and be blown away by an angel from the heavens above…

Jaebum should’ve really met Mark first before agreeing to let him be his Nanny.
